Came in waiting for a personal mobile order with the knowledge that it was lunch time and I’d be waiting for a bit. After 5 minutes of waiting, a waitress kindly apologized for the wait and brought me a water. We’ve eaten here before and enjoyed the food but customer service is so important and they hit every mark!
Great stop for lunch! Fast, friendly and attentive employees. I had the Naughty Girl Roll and the Salmon Lovers Roll both were very fresh and tasty. Too bad I was just passing through, definitely would go back.
Great service and amazingly good sushi! Menu had a good variety of options and the restaurant was very clean.
I want to start off with saying the food was great. But, not a great service experience. It seems like we were forgot about by the waiter there. We ran out of drinks and did not get any refills from him the entire dining. From the time we ordered it took about 45 minutes to get our food with only 2 tables in the entire restaurant. Then, once the waiter gave us our check I put my card down to pay and he forgot about us again. He didn’t come back to the table to get the check until about 15-20 minutes later. Very frustrating. Overall, we were forgotten about and had very very slow service.
Sushi here is excellent. Fish is very fresh and tasty, serving sizes are extremely generous, and prices are very reasonable. Staff also very nice. I would definitely come back again.
I order from here weekly. The owner is very kind and always treats his employees well. The employees themselves are always so willing to help and work as a team and the service shows! The food is obviously great for me to come every week. I order something different every time and I haven't been disappointed yet. I will definitely continue to make this my go to sushi spot in Norman!
The food and service are great, but the only inconvenience I’ve had is with their to-go packaging. They don’t have to go bowls for their ramen so it comes in a very shallow container with the broth in a styrofoam cup. Not horrible if you’re taking it home, but if you don’t have an extra bowl on hand it makes it pretty much impossible to eat unless you drink the broth separately.
My wife and I exclusively eat sushi here. Great people and great ingredients. Try the spicy tuna hand roll!
Had dinner here tonight after a movie. They had obviously been busy for dine in and take out/delivery. Everyone was super friendly, happily educated us on the dishes and desserts. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
Got poke bowls twice. One for delivery and one for pick up. This isn’t my go to place for poke, only because the one I like is close. The serving is tiny. One poke bowl is about $17-19, which is crazy expensive. The staff is friendly tho.
