This McDonald's is a joke. It has been bad for a long time. Everytime we go through our order is wrong or missing food. Tonight me and my daughter went in and had no help after being told I had to use the keyosk to order and a worker cooking the food in the back was vaping. Standing there cooking and vaping. I walked out. This place needs better workers it looked full staff hardly no one there in the drive threw or inside so not sure why I couldn't order at register. Managers need to manage this place better.
Pretty fast service, decent food, my issue is they have a sign taped up to use the kiosk, so I follow the instructions,have to take a receipt back to the cashier to pay, get a new receipt to go wait for my food....3333!Order 33!I'm guessing it is mine, but I have a receipt that says 225, another says 25, and a plastic tag thingy that says I'm order 55 ....My order was for dine in, order 33 is the same thing I ordered but all bagged up To Go.
Ordered two quarter pounders and when I got to the restaurant there was only one in the bag. Unfortunately I had to be back at work and could not go back for my other one. When I order inside the cashier cannot understand or speak English and always has to ask the manager about anything. Food is always McDonald’s quality and the food usually comes right out. I only eat here because it’s convenient.
Lately we have been getting our orders WRONG ...seems like everytime we are missing something .. hot coffee always COLD ..iced coffee is either ,way too sweet or watered down ? and this usually happens during the weekends ?♀️...
Fries sucked. Need to change their fryer oil. Can't understand half of the employees. Sometimes they are good and sometimes the send out burnt biscuits
I ordered an egg mcmuffin and got one with no egg! Didn't notice till I got home to eat it. Ugh!!!!

I ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit extra bacon well done I didn't get my extra bacon also ordered a side of two strips of bacon well done didn't get that and when I told him about it they argue with me that it was on my biscuit which it was not and they told me I didn't order a side which I did I show him the receipt and they literally had to get a manager to look at it to show me yes I did I felt like they were calling me a liar I will never go to that McDonald's again no matter how hungry I am and hash browns were cold and squash cuz it put it on the bottom of the sack
They have horrible customer service and they can not seam to get a order correct. The guy taken the orders is VERY RUDE. You would think in these times they would care if you come back or not. Getting a little better but It couldn't have gotten worse. But on a bright note the very rude guy don't seam to be there any more
Waited in the drive thru and no one answered drove up to the window and 2 girls just looked at me like they didn't know what was going on. More like McDon't
