Placed an order on the app at 449 It is now 520 the lobby is locked and the worker I seen sitting on her butt told me to get in line after waiting forever If I knew how to cancel the order I would I will never come back here Get your crap together it’s not hard to flip a frozen patty. Avoid this location unless you have time to waste While sitting here 4 people have had to get back in line for mess ups.
the worst mcdonald's location you could go to. waited in line for about 15 min just to get to the window for them to not even know what my order was. i had an online order and as i was telling them what was on it, the guy at the window interrupted me to ask for the code. i couldn't see the code anymore on my phone so i handed him the receipt. he snatched it out of my hand and handed it to the manager. finally after about 6-7 min at the window i got my order but only got 3 out of 4 items. i waved at him to let him know i was missing a large fry and he rolled his eyes and shouted "manager". he handed me a bag with my fries in it and said "there you go" in a very rude tone. i drove off and looked inside the bag and saw they only filled the fries up half way on both orders of fries. i understand being short staffed and things getting overwhelming during rushes because i work in the food service also, but that was just insane. this isn't my first bad experience here but it's by far the worse. unless you have 30 min to spare and love rude customer service, i wouldn't recommend coming here.
The drive thru is inefficient for this location. There are two ordering screens and most days one employee is taking both orders AND payments and is extremely slow. I have had someone sit in front of me trying to get the employees attention for 15 minutes before driving off. This is a great location and tons of business with lack of employees or training.
Horrible experience here!!! No one would come to the counter to take our order so we used the kiosk. 23 minutes after paying for our food they finally bring our food out, missing half of the drinks we ordered. Then when we started to eat our food, EVERYTHING WAS MADE INCORRECTLY!! Tell me how you can send out 2 bacon burgers without bacon?!?! Seems like this place is getting worse and worse!!
If I could give NO STARS I would!!! Food was cold. The people taking the orders are very rude! (No one asked you to work for McDonald's) when I got my food they didn't give me our fries. I ordered 3 meal. The meals come with fries and a drink. But at this location I guess not, and if u ask for the things u have already paid for, The cashier gets mad... I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to a stray dog. They probably spit in the food or give out old food like they did with my fries! I will never be back!!
This McDonald’s prove that if you work hard even you can fail at business! Pulled up to the drive threw and got the best answer ever. We are not accepting orders!That should some up this location! Hopefully this is the start to knew everything here because surely u can drive to another location and hopefully this one will go under.New management needed immediately
No matter the time of day whether or not you order at the drive-tru or the app for curbside, I’ve always had to wait 45+ minutes. Kinda crazy for “Fast Food”.
The drive thru takes easily 15-20 minutes, and even if you only order very few things - they may forget some of them. After waiting 20+ minutes out of only 4 things I order, I only got a bag with two. I would not reccomend.
My husband and I ordered a Large 2 cheeseburger meal with no onions and Dr Pepper, the 2 for 6 mcdouble and Nuggets, and another large dr pepper. We confirmed our order when the lady read it back and then confirmed it on the screen. We pay at the first window and continue to the second. They give us the bag of food and one Dr pepper so my husband mentioned the missing Dr pepper but the drive thru guy showed us it wasn't on the recept.... okay but it was on the screen... it's fine its just a drink so we go. We go to exit the parking lot and I realized his Nuggets were missing so we go back through the drive thru. They then take our receipt *AND THE FOOD (uh COVID anybody?)* back through the window. We tried showing them everything in the bag from our car but the man claimed he couldn't see. The manager then returns and snaps "I checked the cameras and we specifically gave you the bag with the Nuggets in it, we replaced it this time, but we won't replace them again." My husband tried to explain that we never received any but we figured after the missing Dr pepper incident they lost our patience with us and we left.
They have no customer service and are really rude they take forever to take your order and had threatened to slap a women cause we had been waiting for about an hour so they could take our order and all she said was you guys need to be more nice and we have been waiting for about an hour” which was true and not to mention they called the police on a black man cause the “manager” thought he was gonna hit her all the man wanted was his food that he paid for they gave him a single meat instead of two and refused to give it to him with out him having to pay for it.
