Drive thru line was out to the street so I went inside to order since I just wanted a sausage biscuit and coffee. It only took 20 minutes before I got my food, and the biscuit was sitting ready for 15 minutes.I get drive thru is top priority, but 20 minutes for a single sandwich and drink is a bit ridiculous.
The worst service by far. Waited 45 minutes in drive for two yes two strawberry pies which they told me they had but after paying for said pies next window says sorry we don't have any well then may I get my money back sure pull forward and park took another fifteen minutes to actually bring it out for as long as we were there they could have dropped pies in fryer but nope a whole hour later left with nothing cars are wrapped around drive thru not moving people inside not moving terrible experience I suggest anyone go to one of the other four McDonald's located in Norman idI like to say this was my first time having a bad experience at this location but it's not
Horrible customer service and management. The worker Helen is extremely rude to customers. I ordered at the drive through, they told me to pull up and they would bring my food out, I waited for 30 mins and still didn’t get my food. I went in to find out why and I was ignored, than when the women finally decided to pay attention to her customer, she tells me there’s nothing she can do.
In these trying times I try my very best to be patient and considerate of businesses and especially the people working for them. But it’s very hard when you come into contact with a manager that could care less about food and or service. That’s exactly what I was met with when I called to ask about the items that were missing from my bag. Rude, and very unsatisfactory attitude to say the least. I’ve made the personal decision to not ever visit this particular McDonalds ever again. I know my money alone won’t do anything to change this fast food establishment but it may shine some light on you and others. I’m not asking anyone to be perfect, because lord knows I’m not. But when I mess up. I do my best to correct the wrong and make it right. Food for thought.
I made a mobile order thinking that would be best. Once I arrived nobody greeted me through the intercom, nor the person in front of me. I have been here for 30 minutes waiting for a pickup on a mobile order. This is THE worst customer service I've ever received. I'm current trapped between two cars so I can't pull out of the drive thru!!! I'm extremely upset I've wasted my time and money like this!!
Never visit this location… They’re super slow, and if you work a late Night Shift and want to go after. Chances are they’re only taking “online orders.” I got off earlier than normal (1am), and sat in line for a WHOLE HOUR. Just to be told at the window that they could only take cash:/Like why wasn’t I told that when I ordered?! That would’ve saved me 50 minutes…
This McDonalds has gone down hill extremely bad since Covid, you will always wait in the line for a minimum of 30 minutes even if you order a soda.Purposefully not taking orders while all employees stand around, leaning on the counter while on their phones.Managers don't seem to do anything different and they basically do the same thing as well.Whoever owns this franchised store needs to put their foot down and fire some people because upper management gets walked on at this store and they're loosing out on significant money because of lazy employees.Don't go here, go somewhere else..EDIT: Go to Burger King or Chick-Fil-A across the street!
Overnight crew PURPOSELY creates a long line. There's absolutely no reason someone should be sitting in your drivethru for what's now 30 minutes (EDIT 1 HOUR NOW AND STILL NOT AT WINDOW) and there's still at least another 15 before (CAN YOU FEEL THE OPTIMISM?) I even get to the window.Won't let me order in the drive thru, making everyone place their orders at the second window.This is ridiculous and honestly if management can't run overnight, they need to be replaced or shut this place down overnight.
I always order a chicken deluxe and pay extra for it. They always give me a spicy chicken with nothing on it. DON'T GO HERE THEY CHEAT YOU AND ARE RUDE
Drove in around 7:39 pm last night. Sat at the order area for maybe 4 too 5 minutes. Never heard anyone say anything. Drove up to the first window and a man was there. He looked at me saying, (are you the one sitting in Drive Through?) I said yes. He said, ( did you not hear me) I said I didn't hear anything. He was then taking another order from the customer who Drove up after me. I was then told that I had to go back around to make my order. I thought, he could have just taken my order at that time, not so lucky. So, I just took my business to Burger King. Great experience there.
