Placed my order and I forgot to add an item so when I asked to add at window a guy behind the guy in the window yelled oh my god and the employees were very rude and they messed up my sandwiches and they forgot to charge me for my large fries so they wouldn’t allow me to get them then even though I had ordered them. Smh would not recommend!
These folks have the nerve to have an attitude when they mess up your order. The morning manager snatched my messed up sandwich from me and slammed it into the trash. This is why I rarely eat there food. When they were Altom owned they had way more respect. Not to mention the manager Hung up in my face when I politely called and told them they messed up my order. If you can’t practice good customer service may I suggest you work elsewhere, madam?
The last three times I went through the drive through my food was cold. Room temp cold.tonight it took approximately 8 minutes to get my food based on the screen I could see through the window. When I worked fast food that would’ve been unacceptable at any location I have experience at. I’ve given them multiple chances to get it together and have decided I’m taking my business elsewhere. They are close to my house an it sucks but I’m not going to continue paying for poor service and cold food.
This is what's left of my chicken sandwich. I ate the semi-warm chicken piece and 2 pickle slices. What a waste of money!
I ordered via the website and they would not give me food because I was on foot. Actually locked the window lol. Like I would cause a problem. My car is in the dealership and I'm on foot. Their actions are comical. I already paid via website so all I needed was the food. Not like I was going to rob them????
Food was great as always and as always I get to place my order with the rude lady on the microphone. If you don’t like your job take it out on someone else and not a paying customer
whats the point of having 2a 2b 2c for the qtr pounders just make them seperate numbers because apprently your staff doesnt understand that 2b comes with bacon I dont eat mceonalds much but when I do I get the same thing and somehow they always forget the bacon? I was also the only car in the line so its not like yal were busy just sad how hard it is to follow a simple order 2b medoum size no kethcup with a sprite.
Staff was beyond rude while wearing chin masks. Ordered 3 meals but only got 2 drinks, was told "unfortunately you will have to go back around through the drive thru". Doesn't make much sense when I already spent $31 that included 3 meals with 3 drinks. Called to speak with a manager and was told there wasn't one working tonight. Rude, unprofessional and haven't even mentioned the horrible old, cold food. Oh and the big Mac had 1 meat patty. Place is a joke!
First vehicle in line. Paid and got to the 2nd window.. waited over 10 mins. For my order. By the time I got my meal, 5 vehicle's were behind me. They looked fully staff that night. I did notify someone.
I have notice that when you get your food from the window most of the time you don't even get a hi or thank you from them. In fact you hardly hear them say anything to you. You would think that they are glad to have your business but most of the time I think they could care less.
