Ordered delivery. For the 3rd time McCalister's got the order wrong. I called, the guy that answered wasn't listening and kept getting it wrong. He then just hung up on me. Angela, the general manager tells me it was an Uber order talk to them. Even though they got the order wrong. She was rude and I will never order from here again. Angela has no business as the general manager. If I could give a 0 rating I would

First off went in ordered Togo ser er came out with bag. I left and got halfway home and realized it wasn't the whole order, went back and explained and someone in the back asked if that was the order for Rich and said the rest of the order is over there pointing to bag, I received the bag and left assuming it was the rest of the order. I got home and the order was wrong and still missing a item. I do not recommend this establishment. I called the store back and the apologized and blamed it on new people
They switched out most of the to go plastic for a type of box that looks more degradable better for the environment and the sandwiches are always yummy
Staff was friendly. Food was prepared and packed to go in a quick manner. Order was correct. Food was delicious.
Great place to eat lunch or dinner. The food is high quality and delicious while the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. They have a large variety of sandwiches, salads, soups, and potatoes. It's definitely a step up from fast food, but it's not complicated like most "sit-down-and-order" restaurants. Just order at the counter and then sit down while they bring the food to you.
I definitely am disappointed I was expecting the chicken and dumplings to be a thicker soup like the picture shows but I was wrong you get watered down Chicken broth with cold dumplings no other ingredients. Definitely not worth the $10
My wife ordered our supper tonight online for delivery, and the order was incorrect. She called the store to notify them, and they said that she could drive over and pickup the correct items. This is not the first time it has happened. If you order online and pay to have it delivered, 3 out of 4 times we have either had to drive across town and get the correct ordered items or go with whatever they have dropped off. No refunds for their mistakes. Good luck to anybody that still wants to order from them. I'm not doing it any longer.
