I would rate it lower if I could. I was delivered a box of wings over an hour after I placed my order. The delivery finally made it to me and I was not offered dipping sauce. Just spent 20+ dollars on wings with no dipping sauce because they changed their policy and started charging for it. If you order here, make sure you ask every detail. Apparently they don't inform you of anything so you have to ask.

The pizza was sloppy, the tables and dishes were dirty, it took an hour and thirty minutes to get our pizza. The Italians would be disappointed in this place! What a discrace.
Stopped at #mazzios for lasagna and a side of wings in Norman today. The guy at the counter was very nice, and appeared to be quite embarrassed. Mazzio's guy: I am sorry sir, we have been out of wings for about 9 months. Not sure if we will get them back. Yes I know they are on the menu. Me: I don't see any options other than two in the computerized soda fountain, and no diet, is that correct? #Mazzio guy: I am sorry sir, we have not had any diet sodas available in our fancy Coke soda fountain in over a year, not sure we will ever bring them back. Me: it looks like all of the tables are dirty, could I please get a clean one? #mazzio guy: Sorry all of the tables are dirty, we just opened and haven't had time to clean them yet. Me: Thank you. In my mind I was silently thinking: WTF is going on here? 9 months no wings and you leave them on the menu? 1 year with no diet soda? You just opened and all the tables are dirty? Do you not properly clean at the end of each day? We as customers have become way to complacent due to the day to day struggles during these times. By the way as I was walking out I saw the CSAT score they have posted in the back room: Customer satisfaction goal -100% Actual customer satisfaction goal - 30% It's obvious that the counter person is embarrased. The management team should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. How to you know the issue and still not care?
Dishes were dirty and food was terrible sad to see this place used to be a decent place to eat

Edited to add- after I asked for pizza to be put out without mushrooms, the manager said he had pizzas coming and even brought us our own plate of pepperoni, but by then we'd already been there over an hour, so the damage had been done. I will change my rating from 1 to 2 stars since he put forth that effort.We got here and paid for 2 buffets and 2 drinks. We were not informed that the soda machine only had about 5 options available, and none of which were sugarfree except for the Aha water, which is not good. We are both diabetics and can't drink the other drinks, so we paid for drinks we couldn't drink. There were no clean plates available except for the first plates we were given. I've been here for over 30 minutes, and I've only gotten 2 pieces of pepperoni pizza and a salad because they aren't getting pizzas out in a timely manner, and the ones they've brought out all have mushrooms. I don't know why they aren't putting out normal pizzas. I hate mushrooms. They had another pizza ready to go out, but an employee accidentally dropped it all on the ground. They are obviously understaffed. This experience is definitely not worth the $22 we spent. We will go elsewhere from now on.
Went in to try and have some pizza...all the pizza they kept bringing out were all out of the norm pizzas that not everyone enjoys...not everyone likes mushrooms...their drink machine is a joke all they had was coke and water...No Dr. Pepper or anything diet. I should have walked back out of this place as soon as I saw that a majority of the tables were covered in dirty plates. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Do better Mazzio's!
