We came here for lunch & pregame drinks. Absolutely one of the best bar & grills around this area we have been to. The food is excellent, the waitstaff are super attentive and you will not wait long at all for food, drinks or appetizers. We made sure to get there as soon as they opened because on gamedays, they get busy, while we were there, the place filled up fast but that did not slow down the service at all. This is probably our new pre game lunch spot. Big burgers and great drinks.
Food is always on point, management here though is a whole other story. Tonight they completely messed up my pick up order, which I get it. It happens but when I called in to have it fixed. John the manager on duty was extremely rude and continue to cut me off. Horrible customer service.
Great place to meet friends. I used to go there for Happy hour. Great Staff made of OU students. However the manager is not understanding and seems to have atitude problems. Will not return.
Food was okay. Service was okay. Servers were extremely nice, which is why I couldn’t get completely mad about the drinks. I ordered a double Maker’s Mark and was served some light colored liquid that was not Maker’s. After three attempts to get my drink order right, I gave up and sent it back. The manager offered me to watch her pour. That’s when it hit me the bottle may be watered down. Either the bartenders aren’t trained to know different spirits or they don’t know what Makers looks like because they haven’t been serving it. I’d eat here. However, if you want a drink other than a bottle of beer, I wouldn’t waste my time.
Sat at a table just behind the bar (full) for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from any of the staff. I understand you may have been busy and short staffed, no excuse even with waitresses walking by not to say anything.
We had a group of 30 that gathered prior to the ISU vs OU basketball game. When I called and visited with Austin yesterday and another gentleman today, they were both so friendly and patient with my questions. We were seated at 1:45 and we had the BEST service. I was so impressed with the wait staff and the food was excellent. We were in and out in 1.5 hours and were well taken care of. I highly recommend Louie’s! We’ll def. be back!
The worst salmon I ever had, dirty dish, horrible fruit bowl, water down drinks, I’ve been a customer of Louis for many many years, first time at this location and very disappointed

Really good food for bar food! I got the chicken tacos and they were so good…husband got the chicken wrap and the French fries were SO GOOD
