The ribs were very well seasoned and cooked, falling off the bone. Only setback was that it was dry - I like my ribs dripping with moisture and bbq sauce. The mashed potatoes were great; buttery and tasty. The fish was very welled prepared; seasoned to taste with a little crisp to it. The waffle fries were a mildly salty but great with the fish sauce -- the sauce is simply amazing. The rice weren't overcooked which is what I love: well prepared.The interior has a sorta natural, casual feel - not the place to visit if you're thinking of dressing up. The staff seems very helpful but few. So consider waiting about 3-5 minutes before greeted and seated.Not "the best" but not a bad place to visit.
The food was good. Service was so terrible we will never go back. Place was half empty, but we still had to wait 40 minutes for a table. 45 minutes later we were still waiting for rolls and someone to take our order. Asked for extra napkins 3 times. After an hour I finally walked up front to get some from the hostess. We ordered two hurricanes, which showed up without any discernible alcohol. Our food order, when it finally arrived, had several mistakes. The waitresses act like they’re doing you a favor to come by every once in a while much less do what they told you they would last time they graced us with their presence. Floor was filthy. Trash and spilled drinks from the last customers under our table. Frustrating at best. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 since the food was tasty. Can’t find anything else to say good about the place. Too many other steak houses nearby to ever waste time and money here again.
The taste of the food was OKThe rolls were VERY yummy!BUT once we were seated it took me asking for someone to please take our order TWICE! We were seated at least 45 minutes before our order was finally taken and at least another 30 minutes before our food was brought out to us ? I completely get that someone can be under staffed But PLEASE let the customer know this at the get go! AND to NOT even offer a discount or even a buy one get one offer to go back because I can guarantee you we have NO plans of ever going back!! Sad day ?? I will never suggest anyone ever go to this restaurant ever! Communicate with your customers!!
Good food. The rolls were great as always. Good service also. Steak was a little chewy but good for sirloin. The ribs were really good. Chicken was tasty.
-Service amazing, top notch five-stars for the young lady.-Drinks amazing-Sides where even amazing-Rolls super fresh and kept on coming-Steak......OVER COOKED, and no I didn't complain and no I didn't ask for it to be taken off my bill.There was enough other food to fill my belly and my loving mother took it home and made a stew out of it, so it didn't go to waste.I only gave a 4- star ? cause they are known for their STEAKS, they should know how to cook a MED WELL DONE STEAK w/o over cooking it.Other then that everything was amazing
What happened to the peanuts? When we went for dinner, we saw the staff wearing shirts referencing peanuts but they were nowhere to be found. Ordered "The Logan" and it was disappointing. The steak was supposed to be medium but it was a bit overcooked for that and quite flavorless. They used to do better with steak but not this time. The service was fine though. Overall just an okay experience.
Service was so good I highly recommend this place. Made sure we had everything & consistently checked in to make sure we needed anything. Food arrived quickly & was on point for a medium rare steak.
Ordered take out after having problems with the app. Front staff (greeters) were utterly worthless and shouldn't be working in customer service. The gentleman who facilitates online orders saved the day. He went above and beyond to help, found a workaround for an ordering issue and was pleasant throughout. Though they forgot the sour cream for the potatoes and put the salads in upside down I'm largely overlooking them from the niceness of one good employee. Hint for management - the hardest workers in your restaurant just so happened to also be the oldest and least bubbly attractive. Maybe hiring a bunch of mannequins isn't the best option for food service.
Ordered some chicken strips and one of them that I bit into was raw. Not a big deal, just comp half my meal or something. The manager was very gracious and gave me an entire 10% off ($1) for the mishap. He didn’t even apologize lol. Should’ve know better, Logans is a knock off Texas Roadhouse for the same price.
Excellent dinner. Good food. The "waiting" seating in the restaurant has been changed. Call them, get a number, wait in the car, they will text you.Love the rolls and butter. I had steak which was very good. My wife had porkchops, also very good. Service was excellent.
