POOR MANAGEMENT. Location Opens at 11:00. Showed up to pickup online order at 11:10, door locked, employees inside simply looked at me when I knocked, and went back to whatever they were doing. Refused to answer any phone calls made by myself and the other 3 waiting on orders outside. Watched employee walk into back entrance at 11:15, to open front of store. Pizzas were still being made at 11:25. FINALLY got order at 11:30
Went to little Caesars on main St this evening and got stuffed crust pizza and looks like they changed it up again. So thin and looks and tastes like trash. Even the crazy bread was gross and over cooked. The crust on the pizza is gross. Not even buttered like usual. Spent 32 dollars for 2 pizzas and 2 crazy breads and 2 2 liters and it was so gross I couldn't eat.
No drive thru and definitely not hot and ready pizza.
I have gone here two separate times, each around 5:30 pm, and both times I left without food ??? The self-proclaimed manager, who refused to give me her name, said both times they were sold out of classic hot n ready pizza as well as breadsticks. The first time, I opted to wait the quoted time of 5 minutes for freshly made pizza and bread; after 10 mins I went to check on my order and was told "it went out with another order so we'll have yours out in 10 mins". (I ended up waiting 30 mins for 1 pizza and 1 order of breadsticks). When I went again today, I was told they were sold out and I'd have to wait 25 minutes. Based on my previous experience, I chose not to wait and went to domino's instead ? I wonder how the franchise stays in business when they can't handle a smaller than average dinner crowd on a weekday...??
They've consistently gotten my order right and the quality of their work has been great.By far the best Little Caesars in Norman and Moore.
This was supposed to be a cheese pizza… it was crunchy… and burnt… we waited 15 minutes while the man supposed to be taking orders was yelling at cooks angrily in the back , and rolled his eyes at us when my friend asked kindly for an order of crazy bread. The mode rude and chaotic establishment I’ve ever walked into by far ???
Normally I strive to say something nice about places , but time after time this location let's me down. The pizza's are always burnt , they never put enough cheese on the pizza , this was my final straw, I wanted a cheese pizza with extra cheese and slices and sticks, I even patiently waited so it could be made fresh hoping it would be better, the employee told me 15 minutes, so after 15 minutes she informs me my order was given to someone else by accident so she is making another, after about 40 minutes of sitting there my order finally came out and was burnt, the sticks were hard as a rock completely un-eatible and the cheese pizza barely had any cheese, when I paid for extra cheese, I could see sauce all over it and it too was hard as a rock, I will NEVER come back to this location again. There is another location on Alameda and 12SE it's so much further from my house but the quality of food is much better and the staff is alot friendlier. I should have just asked for a refund but I had already waited 40 minutes and didn't want to wait any longer to eat. DONT GO TO THUS LOCATION, ITS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, EVERY SINGLE TIME.
I made an online order and I went in just to see how it was coming along because it was only stuff cheese bread and the manager snapped on me and told me “ we just got the order, it will be another 20 minutes”(very rudely) because I asked if they knew about how long it would take. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to go there if you care about customer service!!!

I called in a order of 2 crazy bread w/sauce lightly backed with extra butter sauce and cheese and pepperoni pizza with extra cheese the person repeated back my order and when I got there they only fixed one order of crazy bread and not lightly baked at all and no extra stuff on it. The person told me that the bread was lightly baked and proceeded to tell me the ovens were just to hot but it is lightly baked for sure. The bad thing is they don’t care about your food and that’s why I called it in so it would be right This is the one in Norman on main
