Wow what are you guys doing in Norman. Two great places in one center. I have a good boba tea place right beside a great authentic Asian restaurant. What??? Unheard of now days. Unbelievable. I'm coming back most definitely. I'm not crazy about great reviews cause it's going to pop. This place is going to get busy. Well deserved. Try it before they get overwhelmed by repeat customers.
I usually love kung fu tea and was happy that when I moved here there was one close to me. The two girls that worked there had the worst attitude when we needed a few more minutes to decide what to order. I guess that’s what you get when you hire college kids. Hopefully I can come back and the service will be better!
I love boba and decided to give this place a try. Horrible customer service. Will not be returning. Cashier was very rude with a poor attitude. I understand people have bad days, but this is pretty typical behavior for him when I am a customer. I would advise more training so that customers are treated with decency.
Not the worst but used to be better, drinks have appeared to get weaker with a more watered down taste, and are less consistently made than when I first started coming here. I’ll be giving it a few more tries because their kung fu milk tea, when made well, is exceptional.
I was first introduced to Kung Fu as a treat from a friend and am now hooked. On line ordering is a breeze. Much better than coffee anytime.
First time having this kind of tea. Well now I have a new addiction. The milk tea with 75% sweet and boba. Is worth the 40 min drive. Comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. A great place to bring a few friends cause the have board games but also a great place to escape by yourself and read or work.
The milk tea was bitter, and the tapioca pearls were a weird texture, like they were undercooked. The tapioca pearls also tasted off the 3 times I’ve been to this store, wouldn’t recommend personally, but give it a shot
Bad points:- runs out of boba- drinks are very sweet and might not be accurately madeCame in at around 7:30PM and they were out of boba...so we had no choice but to have replacement toppings. Ordered thai tea as it's usually a safe choice, but it was not the iconic orange color and it definitely did not taste like Thai tea. They said that maybe there was more milk in it, but I think differently...What was good was the interior and vibe. Good place to take pictures, and there are also board games :)
The fiance and I have gluten sensitivities. Tried to use the app to place an order so I can pick up Bubble tea on National Bubble Tea Day, but could not edit the ingredients like Graham crackers from a drink, I know you can in the shop in person, however I'm on a time crunch for work today. So I try to call in the order. They answer the phone and ask what I need, I ask if I can order over the phone and pick it up. Yes of course she says. I start placing the order with the alterations so I can enjoy the drink without missing work for a week due to allergies. Until someone starts talking to her in the background. Sorry apparently we cant take orders over the phone, so I guess bye? This the literal response I got from this employee before hanging up on me. What a sad excuse for a Bubble Tea spot.Stay local everyone. I'll keep driving 45 minutes to Pho Lien Hoa. As should you.Dont even get me started on this place's poor choice of name...
Such a nice place. Decently priced, but even better, everyone was very kind and very helpful!! Workers suggested the passionfruit green tea and it is perfect! Thanks y'all!
