Last night I picked up a guest and in the way home went to get chicken because everyone wanted it and was anticipating having it. My son went inside to order and an employee was sweeping and told my son that it was going to take at least 15 min. to get the food, before he even knew the order. Then, the people that took the order was kind of ignoring him. He came back to the car so that we could go through the drive-thru. They took their sweet time to take our order, even though we were tune only ones inside and outside of the store. When they took our order, I guess they were just too lazy to take a large order, so they told us that they were out of chicken.
The worst chicken ever from KFC..So I’m from Louisiana and flew out to Oklahoma for a quick visit with my Oklahoma Family for a few days. I wanted some original dark chicken from KFC and the closet one was this location. Get back to my family’s house which is 20 minutes out, looks in my box and there’s this crispy looking 12 piece mixed chicken. Extremely furious at this point, but still called to bring the error to their attention. Without any type of empathy, they said that sometimes towards the end of the the night they fry the chicken. Also, their normal cook wasn’t there.I’ve been eating KFC for 30+ years and I’ve never ever had this problem. How on God’s Earth can you mess up such a sacred recipe. There’s nowhere on the Earth you can get Original KFC Chicken (if there is, I have not eaten it). It is even sadder that you are a franchise, and disrespect the Original KFC Recipe like you have.Me personally being a cook, I would/would have personally made sure my product has/was/is the best quality possible.I AM EMBARRASSED FOR YOU!!
EVERYONE PLEASE READ THE FULL REVIEW I had the worst KFC experience in my life from the food from the employees and the manager this is absolutely unacceptabl I went to KFC Friday and ordered the original recipe family meal and she said that there was none ready to wait 30 minutes I waited my 30 minutes came back and she had my chicken and it was not the original recipe that I was used to it was crispy KFC regional recipe is a softer brand of chicken I also came there a couple of weeks ago in the chicken was crispy also and the gentleman told me that sometimes they have to tweak the fryer sometimes it comes out right and sometimes it doesn't back to my Friday episode when she gave me my fresh chicken she also told me that sometimes at 9:00 p.m. that they may drop the chicken in the open fryer instead of the pressure cooker this is unacceptable because there is no place in the world that you can get original recipe I can go to Popeyes and get crispy chicken I can go to churches and get crispy chicken I can make crispy chicken at home but the reason why I go to Kentucky fried Chicken is because of the original recipe not duplicated anywhere in the world I went to the manager after I went back home they gave me white meat I told them I wanted dark meat she SAID well give the white meat to your dog first of all I don't have a dog second of all she only gave me chicken and did not replace my sides so I'm supposed to take eight pieces of chicken home and eat with no biscuit mashed potatoes or macaroni and cheese which is what I originally ordered the manager is supposed to enhance the customer experience especially if the product is not what you pay for I said well I'll just take my money back she said I can only refund you for the chicken because the sides was not messed up as a manager that is not right also she said you don't have to come back to this KFC ever. $25 that I spent versus the 2000 or 3000 occupant over the last 5 years and with gasoline being the highest in US history I had to drive back up there three times and still was unsatisfied I want the manager to be disciplined I want the cooking equipment to be inspected and make sure that this store upholds the KFC logo which is excellent chicken I will never go to KFC ever again my friends will never go to KFC my family will never go to KFC and I will get on Facebook Twitter Instagram and tell other people not to go to KFC
After reading the reviews obviously this is the worst KFC or corporate is not reading because it seems like there hasn't been anything done about it. I also ordered original recipe chicken and it was not the original KFC chicken SMH
Tastes the same all these years. Forgot our sauce for our delivery order. Chicken tenders had a few very hard pieces.
Terrible experience! The workers in the buildings (all were older ladies) were extremely unprofessional and were terrible with their customer service! If I were the owner, I would give them the boot as I will NEVER be returning again to this location.
Had the chicken sandwich and it was amazing with the fries! Topped off with a mountain dew lightening fountain drink. First time in a while I had a pleasant visit. Thanks guys!
As usual, missing food items, and employees cannot count to twelve. Got 9 prices of chicken in a 12 peice meal if you want to call it that.
Came to change my review because the crew today was awesome. One guy held the door for me and some elderly customers. Overall good experience the 3 times I came in for orders on this day!
