charging $4 to deliver one sandwich and a drink on top of expecting us to tip the driver, because you don't pay them enough, is insane literally $3.98 to get a sandwich delivered less than a mile and a half from my apartment. I love your food but this is somewhere you need to improve your delivery fees are insane.

This particular location is horrendous compared to basically any other JJs. I'm sitting on about an hour past order confirmation with only the assurance that the driver is out with my order, along with another 4! This is the third and final straw, never ordering from here again. Go somewhere else for sandwiches.Edit: called again, this time 1.5hrs after order confirmation. Was told food would arrive in 3 minutes, we will see! Missing context: my order was placed for a building >500ft from the restaurant.

This review is not about Jimmy John's food, which I enjoy. It's about this specific location. Poor customer service. It's a good mood killer. Some of the workers are like they don't even want to work there. They 'll let you wait forever before even taking your order. I constantly felt like I was begging for the food I'm buying. I started driving to another Jimmy John's.

NEVER GOT MY FOOD. DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Ordered food from them and it's already been an HOUR! For 3 sandwiches. I could have WALKED THERE AND BACK (a 30 minute walk each way) and had my food by now.All the other Google reviews say the same thing. HORRIBLE SERVICE!Update: had to call and they blamed all of their delivery issues on doordash. Love that.Update 2: It's been half an hour since I called and the food still hasn't shown up.Update 3: NEVER GOT THE FOOD!

Ordered here many times. Lately it has been a disaster getting my food. Last 2 orders have taken 1.5hrs and the other was about 45mins just to get 2 sandwiches ordered on the app for pick up.Last time I did delivery it took over 2 hrs to get.Sandwiches were a complete mess and looked very sloppy.Very disappointed with this location

Won’t order here again. Good food. Used to order there all the time. However, the last 3 orders have taken over 2 hours to deliver and according to their tracker the food was in the delivery car for over an hour. Sandwiches were no longer cold and the side of dressing I ordered and paid for was almost empty and warm. Didn’t try anything to make it right when I called - even though I paid their required $6 delivery fee and another $6 pre-paid tip for the driver. They just lost a customer.

I’m out in Norman to work with a crew, and we needed lunch. Jimmy John’s refused to sell me 15 sandwiches. I guess the order was “too large”.When I called to visit with a manager, the woman refused to tell me her name. Then, she hung up on me.It was okay, though. Pickleman’s was happy to build my team some sandwiches. They were only three doors away. And you know what else? They were TASTY.Save your time. Go to Pickleman’s instead.

I generally like Jimmy John’s, so this review isn’t about their food, which I think is just fine. This review is about this particular location.Jimmy John’s whole deal is how they will get their sandwich to you, but I have never had an order from this location get to me in less than an hour, and distance they would have to travel is probably 2 miles, if that. They also have a really bad habit of accepting a delivery order, then calling you 45 minutes after you placed the order in order to tell you that it will still be at least another hour before they can send your sandwich out.I usually consider myself pretty patient when it comes to these kinds of things, but this store is ridiculous and needs to do something.

Ordered food to be delivered at 11:27a, called at 12:27p to check on status. NO DRIVERS. Waited another 20mins called back and was told they were on the way now that they have drivers ! No food called backed 120p it’s on the way again 2:40 says it’s here to be delivered. It wasn’t. Called at 245p to check the status was placed on hold for 15mins hung up called back and jimmy johns WILL NOT ANSWER. It’s not 349p and still NO FOOD OR ANSWERS!!! I will let EVERYONE I come across about this experience because this isn’t the first time. Enough is enough!

I am so upset with this Jimmy Johns! Not only could I not get ahold of the store, before or after my order, but I paid extra for a drink and extra bacon and got neither. There’s also nowhere in the app to make any sort of complaint or fix orders. If I could give 0 stars I would have. ??
