Nothing against this location but it is rather annoying to have to sit for almost 10 minutes after placing an order to even move forward in the line, and then another 5 minutes to get my card back when I paid. My trip which should have only taken around 5 minutes was way to long and then they almost forgot some of my items. I can understand being understaffed but if you are understaffed to the point it takes that long to get an order why wouldn’t you just adjust your business hours to where you can have the most employees available?
Nothing against the workers because this is not their fault but i went on my lunch. I get an hour for lunch, 45 of this i spent in the drive through because once your in, your stuck and still didnt get to eat because it was gonna be a while longer with only 2 employees in the store. Felt sorry for them because they shouldnt have to work that, mad because a 10 hour day at work with no food. Disappointed
This Jack in the Box has been having issues for a while now quite a few times I have went there and they're not making tacos. Yesterday me and my mom went there before you went to go see her movie we asked for a breakfast sandwich she rudely said they're not making breakfast right now then we asked for tacos and she rudely said again we're not making tacos ..there was two cars in front of us we were stuck in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes maybe 15 .. They didn't even tell the people to pull up I try to go inside to ask them if they can have the people move up and they just stared at me the doors were locked I called they never picked up. I've really loved Jack in the Box is one of my favorite places but this one here is falling apart and I feel like they're going to be shut down pretty soon by the way they been acting
Ordered from their mobile app only to learn after 10 minutes waiting at the drive thru that they were closed due to computer issues. The young man working the drive thru couldn't have been more stereotypically worthless... Sorry man wish I could help you, it's a bummer. .. Asking how to get a refund I was told maybe through the app but on the window they have a customer care # I might try. Guess what, it's disconnected. I'll up review slightly if I ever hear from someone.
Never opened and always some excuse to be closed to the public in whatever way it can be. If it's a staffing issue, maybe they should treat staff better, hire more people. Idk. I don't care. A waste of gas at this point.
Tiny tacos are cheap and amazing! Sourdough jack burger is bomb too. I was never a Jack in the Box fan before, but this one I love. The staff is also so very friendly.
Every single visit I have made to this location has been a great experience. Every employee that I have interacted with has been pleasant and courteous and my order is always right, hot and delicious. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!
Dining area closed when I went due to short staffing but the food was made to order and so good and fresh.
App was down so I could not order.... manager on duty (as well as the girl at the drive thru window) offered no assistance whatsoever in a very rude and dismissive manner. I am an old Army medic who has lost hearing to tank fire and the manager would not even write down the store number or his name.No one was wearing nametags so I apologize to any professional and courteous members of management that this review may reflect poorly on.People with disabilities (even poor hearing) should never be dismissed as an inconvenience. It is my hope that the actions of these two employees do not reflect the values fostered by this restaurant chain or franchisee, but I have witnessed nothing to prove it is not.Update: A week later, it concerns me that the no one from this location has cared to respond to this review. It saddens me to think such unprofessionalism and disrespect is seemingly allowed to personify this restaurant's culture and regard for it's patrons.
I'll be honest, it wasn't bad but the employees need to put their differences aside and focus on the customers.There was an argument and i had to go inside to wait for the food. 11 minutes past when i was supposed to pick it up for Doordash. If i have to get another order i will instantly let them know it will be a wait just like last time.
