Sooo...it was all 'good'. We waited for a few minutes to be seated. Several employees walked by and looked at us but it seemed to be a "That's not my job" attitude. The hostess who did seat us was very sweet. Our server was attentive and conversational. The bar was slow and seemed more interested in chatting with (presumably) regulars that making drinks for the rest of the guests. My cocktail was, however, fantastic!!! The food...ugh...the food was greasy and bland. We ordered Southwest Eggrolls that tasted like cheese and grease. Go for a drink but eat somewhere else.
My friend and I went in for lunch yesterday we sat at a booth at the bar. Our Bartender James was amazing! I am very picky with my Bloody Mary's and he hooked me up!! They were awesome!! He has a great personality and kept us laughing! Definitely a great Bartender!! Try the Flamethrower burger and a spicy Bloody Mary made by James!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I would first like to say that the food was EXCELLENT! Chelsea’s honey chicken sandwich is one of my favorite dishes on the menu.The hostess was excellent— she was exceptionally welcoming, let us know about the specials, and introduced us to our server.On the other hand, our server was extremely inattentive and could care less about anything. We had to ask for refills, to go cups, etc. less than subpar service.
I have been there multiple times the past few years on day trips from DFW. The food is always presented well and generous. No complaints and very easy to access from I-35.
The food and service were good, but the table had a slight stickiness to it, and had a smell of an old rag. Our server was great and very attentive, but I think the bussing service has been hot hard by the pandemic staff shortage.
Worst restaurant I've been to in 5 years. The food sucked. Ordered a burger well done and it came out burnt, blackened and dry as hell. The water was terrible. After 10 minutes we asked a different server for drinks and had to ask a different server for refills. I could go on but I'll never eat there again.
The service was terrible; they weren't busy at all. My husband ordered a burger well done; it was burnt, and so dry it was inedible. This was the first time and last all in one.
After living in Norman for years now I am shocked at myself for not going in to this restaurant sooner. The food here is delicious and even though I ordered the food ahead of time and picked it up, the order was packaged well and everything was wonderful. The pricing is worth it for the amount of food you receive and the quality as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I call and when I go inside to pick my order up. There is an option to call inside and have your food brought out to you, with the curbside pickup, but I didn't feel the need to utilize that choice. This is a fantastic restaurant!
My experience was okay. I called my order in advance, waited at the restaurant for a while (they seemed short staffed), but when I got home, my order wasn't completely correct (I was missing some of the bacon I ordered). If you eat here, I recommend that you get some of their bacon and honey mustard sauce.
No sign when entering to tell you to wait to be seated, nobody in the front area of the restaurant to tell us differently, so we seated ourselves. When we asked a hostess passing by for menus, we could tell she was not happy with us seating ourselves. Prices were different on the paper menus versus the QR code posted on the booth wall instructing you to pull up the electronic menu online. French fries were room temperature, but would have probably been very good if hot as they did have a good taste. My burger just came with cheese and bread, no lettuce, tomato, onions, etc. I asked a waiter for some and he brought it swiftly, and I did enjoy the burger as the meat was good quality, just not hot. I assume they are understaffed, cooks who dont know how to dress hamburgers, deliver everything hot and on time, etc. The folks who took me there had raved about the place while driving there, but were disappointed themselves. As they live here in Norman, I dont think they will be going back anytime soon.
