Ordered the chicken fried steak breakfast, the meat was good, the scrambled eggs with cheese, onion and bell peppers were on point and I got potatoes instead of hash browns. If I could've ordered this off the app I would, but you can't make that many changes and add and subtract on your own in the app, so I had to call. ? Nice and polite only they told me that their computers were down... I was sad, but then he tells me he can take my order and have it made for when I get there.... INSTANTLY happy again! So I order get my food and added 2 drinks. Now, with my meal I get 2 pancakes, and I asked if I could substitute them for the new lemon ricotta pancakes, and he says yes. When I sign for my check it's $40 with tip. He had added a full stack of special edition pancakes and still the 2 with my meal. Had to throw the full stack away. I hate throwing money away. But my fault for not verifying my order. The gravy wasn't the best either. But I I still loved it. Thanks IHOP!
The food was delicious. I got an egg white spinach and mushroom omelette and my mom got a ham and cheese omelette. Both came with a short stack of pancakes. The only issue I had was how long it took for our order to come out to the table. The restaurant only had a few tables since it was around 7:45 pm, but it took a good twenty minutes to get our food.
Even though it was really busy we were able to get seated fast ordered and the food arrived very quick. The food was good, hot and the service was excellent. Great prices to eat.
Stopped here around 9pm on a Sunday night, heading home to Texas from Missouri. The manager on duty greeted us, sat us, and took our drink orders. He let us know that they were short handed with only one waitress there. Being that the 3 of us traveling have all worked in food service at one point or another, we understood and we're ready to be patient. The waitress, Leigh, brought us our drinks and took our order in a timely manner, despite what the manager said and having the other customers to attend. She was very nice and respectful. Eventually, another waitress walked in and helped the next group of people that came in but not 15 min after showing up she was stepping outside and asked Leigh to watch her table. Leigh said ok in a friendly tone. I was so impressed with her she was handling everything like a boss! I heard no grumbling from any customers, she was getting all the orders and refills for everyone, flitting around like a little butterfly. It was refreshing to see her keep her composure in such a stressful situation. LEIGH is the reason for this ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. IHOP, give that girl a raise!
The serving staff was absolutely fantastic. Even started out the morning with light humor. The food was good and reasonably priced. The restrooms were clean and so was the lobby. I would recommend thia IHop to anyone...

Came in 5:40am, no waiting, we are the only customer, lol. Quick service, good food. Always like their pancakes.

If there was an option to leave 0 stars I would. Staff doesn’t acknowledge when you enter the restaurant. I stood at the front for 20 minutes and the hostess and manager both walked by several times and never said a word. The restaurant was not full only two tables had customers seated at them. I left and went to the location on 12th Ave also in Norman and immediately was seated and my food arrived promptly and fresh.
