We just had a group of seven at this location and waited 15 minutes for our menus that my husband ended up getting himself. Then waited another 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken and then after 10 minutes and multiple times seeing our server doing other things we walked out. They were not busy there were 3 other small tables and that was it. The manager as we left made a snarky comment of bye! This entire staff tonight needs to be fired or retrained!

Arrived just fine, sat down quickly, drinks came in just fine but when we asked to look at the menu a bit longer, that was the end of our waiter coming to our table. We sat for around 30 mins before we decided to leave, would not recommend coming in past dark at least. Probably should change the hours of operation from 24hrs to sunrise to sunset.

Jonathan our waiter was terrible. I had mozzarella sticks and asked for marinara sauce THREE SEPARATE TIMES and each time he brought out salsa. When I politely mentioned I never got my marinara sauce he showed no sympathy and just said "ok" and literally just walked away. He ignored us almost the entire night. When we tried to get his attention he would see us waving and would look the other way and scurry off to either help another table or go back into the kitchen. We had to ask another waitress to get his attention so that he could get our check but he sent her to give us the check. Neither one of them came back to collect our money. Terrible experience tonight I am very disappointed in how we were treated especially seeing all of the other tables being well taken care of.

Horrible experience upon entering tables were dirty. Nobody was there staff was just standing around talking to friends . Whole time place is dirty. But it was a bad storm out . So we orderedChicken waffles for me and wife pancake waffles for my son daughter had a melt.. Didn't wait to long . But food came out and the chicken was horrible It looked like chicken you get in a kids meal the dinosaur ones . It was bad then on top of that after telling the waiter we are leaving . His response was I don't blame you. Continued to laugh ? . Then he said the manager was laughing at the way the chicken looked and still served it to us. Never again. So beware

Not the greatest breakfast experience I've ever had. Our server got switched 3 times, 1 of our drinks got messed up. Took a very long time before we got our food, and then when we finally did get the eggs were very bland, had to add salt and pepper and salsa just get some flavor. The most positive part of our experience was our waiter he was very kind and patient, genuinely seemed as frustrated as we were with the circumstances. All in all the only reason I dont mark it at 1 star is because of the very nice waiter (NICHOLAS) who seemed very exhausted and overworked. I wish that gentleman the best of luck cause he has a great work ethic, just hope his coworkers begin to try and do there part so that the servers aren't so overwhelmed with problems.

For the time I spent waiting for my takeout meal I could have gone through the line three times at almost any other fast food place that serves breakfast--at probably half the price. If you want to order from the IHOP menu, definitely recommend using the app or calling ahead.

February 2022. No employee was wearing a mask. No customer was wearing a mask. We were the only ones who had worn one in the restaurant. The food was decent. It was ihop. Our waitress was attentive and kind. It was freezing cold outside and sleeting. If you’re concerned about masking and COVID this is not a place I would recommend then again it is ihop. Overcharged food, under paid workers. But I love the hashbrowns!

Cass was wonderful! Went through our whole order as she was packing it up to make sure everything was there. Big thank you from TNT Countertops for making sure our people are taken care of!

Don't be in a hurry, because they're always short handed. The server is doing the best they can. It was our 10th Wedding Anniversary. She was the only server on duty trying to keep everyone happy. I'd say she did a pretty good job, and still had time to be nice. I only had to remind her once about an empty cup. Not bad on a full house and only one server. I wanted to ask her to take our photo, but didn't want to burden her with another task. The food was hot and delicious. I love this place.

Check your bank statements this location likes to add more of a tip then what was actually written on the receipt. We even left 20% but apparently that was not enough because 25% is what was posted to my account. General manager gave a sob story telling me the employee in question was hospitalized the day after our visit as if that would make getting robbed any better.
