Beware of their official hours!!! Placed an online pickup order at 10:19pm on a Friday night for a 50/50 and a fried ravioli. Received a phone call after that stating that they had "fryer issues" and then that they had "online order issues"... They obviously closed at 10:30 and had already shut down their fryer. They were more than willing to make me a pizza which was not in my original order and didn't require them to use their fryer. If you are going to shut down your kitchen at 10:00pm on a Friday night then change your hours to reflect that! This isn't the first Hideaway location in the metro to close things down before their listed hours. Maybe upper management knows this and it's a business practice. Anyway.... Went to a local place that was open their stated hours and ordered from them instead.
My husband and I have been coming to this location since 2018 and we love it. We've never had a bad experience. The Caesar Salad is one of my favorites.For this summer, they introduced an heirloom tomato pizza. It is one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Sad it is only a limited time option, but I highly recommend it while it's available!
In town for business and looked for a great pizza place. This place exceeded expectations for a great pizza. The service was fast and out waitress was outstanding.Highly recommend
I went here twice as it had such good reviews I figured the first terrible experience must have been a hiccup. It wasn't. The second experience was worse. This is one of those instances where people got so used to eating what wouldn't even pass for pizza in most pizza cities of the world that they rank it based on their own ignorance I suppose. I'd rather eat a frozen pizza than this mess. Disgusting and expensive. I can pay a lot less to vomit.
The pizza was so good. Just the right amount of crunch in the crust, super stringy cheese, lots of toppings. Lovely lunch stop for 3 kids and 3 adults.
Exploring Norman with a 3 and 5 year old. Grateful for the service at Hideaway Pizza. Environment is loud enough to handle them and the waitress was thoughtful enough to bring them pizza dough to play with. The pizza was amazing, we went with The Bomb. Cold beer, enjoyed smooth Hideaway Ale. Overall great experience and would definitely come back for more if we were in the area!
Super good pizza and friendly staff. Nice selection of pizzas or make your own. Inside was well lit and clean. I very much enjoyed the pizza, appetizers, and side dishes here.

I ordered my pizza over the phone and when I went to go pick up my pizza the young lady named Betsy was very rude as well as over the phone I feel like they should practice training their employees on customer service I would’ve left the tip if she wasn’t so rude and I’m from out of town so I definitely will not be going back here
