Ordered takeout through their online system many times, never had any problems, we've always done takeout though. The diner for 2 deal is really great, $25 for two large entrees, three rice sides, and a quart of soup. Usually 3-4 good meals tbh. The general tso's chicken and the wonton soup is good, other options are sometimes a bit bland. The window system the have for pickup isn't very good though, whoever runs it doesn't speak loud or clear enough usually.
The positive here is you get lots of food. The bad news is, I find it difficult to eat their food. The sesame chicken was dry chicken fried breading and the sauce was not good. The soup was flavorless. The crab Rangoons we're tastyThe dumplings were hard. The white rice was good. The sauces were... You get the picture. It is a college kids dream takeout. Lots of food and cheap. It's Chinese mc Don dons. I give it a 2 to 3 cop sticks out of 5. Hmm 2 to 3 broken chopsticks. OUCH
Ordered takeout. Had to repeat my order 4 times.l to whoever was on the phone. When I arrived the long was super long. Waited around until it was my turn, I pick up my order and its still wrong. The person on the phone even repeated my order back to me so idk what happened. So much for having lunch. This used to be my favorite Chinese spot but looks like I'll have to find another.
Consistently excellent food. Reasonable price and good amount ?
We have been ordering from this establishment for years with no issue. We ordered 4-h9 pot stickers, and a few other things for a total of $78 around 7:00pm we don’t receive our order until 9:45pm (keep in mind they close at 10) about 20 minutes into us getting our food ready to sit down, and eat my mother points out that there is an earwig (bug) in our food, and not just one bug at this point the pot sticker have been eaten, and it ruins our appetite for any other food that was delivered with our order. We are unable to contact the store at this time since they were already closed. They don’t open until 11:00am so we decide to call them around 2:00pm to make a complaint and ask for a refund on food we were unable to eat. The store owner Lin shuzen who is by far the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to flat out said he didn’t believe that 1. Our Order took almost 2 hours to get to us (even though their website states 60-90 minutes deliver time which would have when 9:45pm which is when we got our food. And 2. Said he didn’t believe we had big in the food after we said we would bring him the ENTIRE ORDE. He was only going to give us $15 in store credit for our entire $78. Worst establishments, and customer service . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! We have not been the only people with this issue. Clearly.UPDATE: after going to the location to speak to the owner he proceeded to BAN us from ever ordering from their establishment again. like we would anyways, that’s the icing on top.
Honestly we used to live this place, then it kind of became a lack of options for my delivery area. It's them or Panda Express and I'm sorry no thank you! 1st off we called back 2 minutes after we ordered to change the white rice to the fried rice and they just flat out refused also we have had missing items, but because of how they do their receipts you can't see what they put on your ticket, but we did the math including tax a d they charged us for 3 items we didn't get. Freaking shame, because we have been loyal customers for years. Have to find a new restaurant and it'll have to be take out. Shame on you Unhappy Garden you freaking chnaged!
We got delivery to our hotel. It was fast and good. Food was delicious too.
Just ate there today awesome egg rolls and chicken fried rice, sounds pretty generic message, but this place is pretty fuckint good.
I've ordered from them before, and it was speedy, hot and delicious. This time, it took an hour and a half to deliver it, the food has leaked out all over the bottom of the bag and it's cold. When I called the restaurant, they were less than helpful, and I'm still not sure they're going to refund the money that I spent. I shouldn't have had to pay almost 30 dollars for cold, inedible food, and I'm certainly never doing it again. You just lost a customer.
Its good food but the price could be better
