Ordered food. Sat down. waited 25 minutes and three other people came in and picked up new orders. My order had been ready for at least 10 minutes but none ofthe staff called my order out or told me it was ready.I've been coming here for years but ththe last couple times have been bad experiences. Am considering going elsewhere from now on.EDIT...Got home and food was lukewarm. I ordered a small pork lo mein and small egg drop soup and both were large orders. I wondered why it was so expensive when I initially ordered but chalked it up to food costs. Won't be coming back.
Our noodles were super soggy. With no flavor, the chicken was so dried out and tough we couldn't eat it, and the egg roll taster spoiled. We use to eat from here a lot, but the last 2 times we have ordered it was horrible, we literally drive from Slaughterville to get food. But we will not order from this place again. And the crab raggoons barely had anything in the middle, worst experience ever.
It is hit or miss here. You can definitely tell the difference when the gentleman is cooking, it has more flavor. The woman comes off very rude most of the time and tries to rush you when placing an order especially over the phone. They need to renovate the restaurant and clean the dining room more. The delivery drivers have always been so nice. I just feel middle if the road about them, I don't love the food but I do t hate it either and my family and I have been going there for years.
My favorite place to get Chinese in Norman:) The food is always delicious and the service is crazy fast! My go to for when I don't feel like cooking lol
The lady taking phone orders is rude, the food was sub par maybe a little old even.. Egg roll was meh.. Won’t be back
Perhaps my favorite thing about this restaurant is that they let you personalize your dishes (unless they're terribly busy). I like a bit more "kick" from some entrees and they are very accommodating. Also, if you ask nicely they're happy to deconstruct your to go boxes. For instance, when we order 3+ meals I ask that they put all the rice/lol Mein/sauces together rather than plopping everything into the styrofoam container and it getting all mixed up. Little things, true, but appreciated.

Love this place,the people there are friendly and the food is great and slightly cheaper than most Chinese places here in Norman.

Disgusting, beef and broccoli smelled and tasted like canned dog food. There was black flakes in both containers of sweet and sour sauce. I called to ask what it could be, they said it was normal. I used to order here frequently with same foods, that's not normal. Threw forty dollars of food away and won't be returning.
