I'm tired of paying premium prices for subpar food. The philly cheese steak was tasteless and soggy. I mean NO taste, NO flavor. It was like eating a $14 soggy napkin. My dog barely choked the rest of it down. I rarely complain about food because different workers may not follow directions the same but the ball was completely dropped with that one. Good thing they're open until 3am because only drunk people will be satisfied.
Never been here but the sandwich was delicious. I also got a Margarita. The drink was perfect.
Wanted to try this place out, and ust ordered though doordash. They forgot to either give them milkshake or my drive disappeared it. New I shouldn't have wasted $7 on an invisible milkshake. The food I did get was not that appetizing. Like if you were a kid at the end of there 21st birthday and needed something to soak up alcohol, or if you wanted to go to a gimiky place then I suppose the dine in options are better.Don't order from this place though, I'd rate this place 1 star. The other one is out of pitty.
The experience here was unreal. We ordered online and two of our orders were wrong. I didn’t care to much about mine being wrong. But the other burger was covered in peppers. Went inside to get a new burger and they make it wrong there more times.The customer service was terrible. No apology. No I’ll refund your money for having you wait for so long and we got the order wrong. Nothing!Needless to say, we won’t go back here.
Great location, right next to the OU campus. The food was great! I had 'The Classic' and tried a bite of the 'Fat Maverick' and it was great too! Would definitely go back.

This place deserves 5 stars. The food, the atmosphere, and helpful friendly staff made for a great experience all until I saw a dog in the back… I’m a consistent customer who brought friends to the establishment who were put off by the dog being behind the counter.
I had an absolutely awful experience here at fat shack. My wings were almost $13 and were the size of my pinkies with little to no meat on them. One of my friends had asked for her drink to be replaced after she took one sip. The manager, Victoria, seemed to avoid our table because after we asked for her she sent two different people before she came. She then argued with my friend about replacing her drink. My friend finally got her food refunded because she hadn’t received it yet. My other friend took a bite of her wings and was displeased and asked for them to be refunded. We asked for Victoria and she refused to come to our table. We were then kicked out for reasons unexplained. I am extremely displeased.
Food is really not that good, nothing special here, some pothead figured “ why not put the fries in the sandwich” thinking it was a good idea…. it’s not. Makes you feel bloated, sides and appetizers are junk also, I understand lots of people like it but it regular people, this is for the ones that eat their boogers when no one is looking
