Excellent service, kinda pricey but what fancy coffee shop isnt!? Ba nay nay was so good!! I had 2 extra shots of espresso and I think that put me over the ??. It might have been jet fuel lol . This will be my new drink of choice. The drink hole was to big or something it didn't feel right so had to get a straw.
This "new spot" in Norman is amazing! I've been to a few different Dutch Bros. locations across the west, and this one doesn't disappoint at all, happy it's here! Nice staff, easy to access and most importantly Great coffee! Cheers!
Got the golden eagle frozen drink and it was perfect for the “feels like” temps of about 110 today! The line was about medium length when we drove up, but we ordered and had our coffee very quickly and everyone was very friendly! Definitely would go back!
The absolute best chain cold brew coffee!! The staff there was the most friendly staff I have ever encountered and they have sweet cream!! Highly recommend!!! Their medium is like a large at other coffee shops. . Will definitely be back!!
Had a great experience here. I think they’re still working out some kinks in the drive thru, but overall had great service and all the employees were very kind and efficient. Their size small coffee is the size of most coffee shops’ size medium. Well-priced quality coffee.
Dutch bros as always been my favorite ! i moved here about 3 months ago and finally found a Dutch , the workers are kind , price is good , been to so many Dutch bros and this was the best one so far !!
Really good. My mom got the Golden Eagle chai with soft top she absolutely loves it and I got the peach rings I think it need soft top to thoThe wait was a little bit longer but it is worth it most of the time
Kind of disappointed after waiting long time to get in to try the place out. Been 2 times and I don’t get the process of ordering in two lanes and not taking a order 10-30 mins later with only one person do ALL these orders! When you pull up and there are 5+ employees inside? I don’t like ordering - it’s just not setup customer friendly. Makes it harder for one person outside taking All the orders and your trapped with people waiting around you. Last 2 times I went was not “high peak times” 7pm on a Sunday night and Friday at 1130am.Last thing I ordered Carmel iced coffee with extra caramel. I got to the window no extra Carmel- matter of fact no Carmel I said I need sugar- they offered sugar packet she said. I said can’t you just put in the Carmel??? They could not add any thing sweet to my drink? Which I’m still clueless why - when it’s a Carmel drink? Anyways they made it again and with Carmel and it was great!Until the drive through ordering gets better I won’t be back. Sorry
Don’t get me wrong the coffee is great! The way they have the line set up is what I don’t understand. You’ll literally have three lanes to pull up to one window. I waited over40 min for coffee, I thought I had plenty of time before work, I didn’t. Also one person is taking all the orders. The line is a big circus, you don’t know whose turn it is to drive up. I also would recommend to pay cash because if you pay card you’re basically stuck in line. I ended up leaving over an hour wait for coffee is too long. I’ll go back, but definitely when there is not a line.
