I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza and 8 hot wings for delivery. I ordered it at 5:42 pm. I didn't receive it until 1 hour later. The pizza was ice cold, didn't look fresh, very few toppings. Hot wings were slightly warm, not crispy at all. Not happy with the $21.00 I spent to get this.
If I could rate it .5 stars I would, but sadly I can’t. The .5 being usually there’s a manger there who tries to correct my order and does a decent job. However, EVERY SINGLE TIME we order from here (it is literally a 3-4 minute drive) andA. The food ends up warm at BESTB. It takes forever or like what happened recently it got marked as delivered 15 minutes earlier than it actually arrived, and that’s after having to call 3 times for them to not know where the order is and not thinking they had one.C. It’s basically paying for cool to warm food, that is late, without ever any compensation. I’m tired of it and I plan on calling tomorrow to speak to the manager or corporate and hopefully something will get done about it. ??♂️?
I’ve been ordering from this location for about 3 years it's been going down hill and yesterday I ordered 2 subs and when I got my order all the fixings were in the box and I had to put it together myself ! I’m done with this place ! The last several times have been awful and also not getting my points ! I need a new pizza place for sure !
Its a Dominos...its 7 or 8 mins from my house...Used them 20 plus times...all the orders correct..Pizzas are good enough to order again...People working at the store do what they need to make me order again...If you use the coupons you get a large pizza for $9.00 w/3 toppings...
We picked it up at the window. They were polite and very helpful.
I placed my order for delivery at 12:05 am. My pizza remained in “quality check” until 1:00 in the morning until the store closed. A couple minutes before the store closed I called to make sure my pizza was still coming, the guy working told me it was on its way. 30 minutes later ( around 1:20 am) I still haven’t gotten my pizza. I live less than 5 minutes away. At this point I’m not even sure if it is coming any more. I tried to call the store to cancel my order for a refund, but now the store is closed. I most definitely will not be ordering from here again.
We ordered the Brooklyn style pizza. It was flat, not cooked completely and disappointing.
