I received poor customer service at this location back in April, I believe the 29th was the exact date. I rated my order via the tracker and immediately received a call from the manager on duty, a really nice lady whose name I cannot remember. During that interaction, she placed a $30 credit on my account. Early this morning 5/21, I called to utilize that credit. I was on the phone trying to order for 15 minutes before asking to just speak with the manager on duty. I wanted to utilize the 2 for $6.99 daily coupon they offer. Online, I’m given the option to upgrade the pizza to a specialty for an additional $3, so that’s what I wanted to do. The manager on duty- who did not provide me his name, explained that he cousin’s upgrade it to a specialty with my credit, however I can order a meat extravaganza and the boneless chicken and the credit would more than cover that; though I knew doing it that way would cost me $26 opposed to $18 (the way the upgrade option is given online). I agree to do that, I’m still left with a $5 balance- I assume for taxes and delivery fee, which was fine. I provide my CC number AND TIP THE DRIVER over the phone. Approximately 40 minutes later, the driver calls and states that the items are at my door. I retrieve the pizza after he leaves, and it’s an extravaganza pizza; I did not ask for an extravaganza, but a MEAT extravaganza. I said it very clearly 5+ times, between the store employee and manager on duty I spoke with. I’m allergic to bell peppers, so I never eat supreme pizza from anywhere. Needless to say, I had to throw the pizza out and it was a waste of a credit given to me due to POOR customer service on my last experience, and now this. Just avoid this store altogether.
Your employees sat there and talked about the upcoming concert they were going to and the date they were going on this weekend while I stood there waiting for my order that was ready. Then who ever is driving the Red Hyundai at 8:15pm today doesn’t know how to drive and almost hit me. You need knew employees.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Burned food, rude employees who hang up and to top it all off they stole my money!! They double charged me on a big order and told me it was my banks problem! Once again DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
The shorty my friend was talking to was giving him all the food ideas. She deserves the raise on jah. I was listening through and Xbox party call and I can just tell it’s gonna be a good. Shorty a homie fr! Would listen again.
The Honolulu pizza is something we order quite often, however this time, the pizza tasted bad like the cheese was bad, or possibly was feta cheese, also over half of the pizza was stuck to the box and was not even edible. Here are some photos for proof.

ALMOST 2 hours because the slow cooks couldn't get a simple pasta order out.. .and the $5 tip has now blown away due to being asked to wait outside!!!!UPDAYE: But my job absolutely LOVES your pizza !
Had a Birthday party for employee to do and Domino's came through. GREAT PIZZA, GREAT TASTE, Very happy.
Got delivery and there was a hair in my sandwich. It's baked into the bread so I know it's not mine. So gross.
Very fast delivery and the food was just as hot as when it came out of the oven... love the service here...
