My husband and I rarely eat out, but we decided to stop by at Denny's for a late night meal. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating! My husband is on chemo and got cold in the restaurant, so the waiter boxed everything up for us so we could eat our food in the parking lot, and we even got extra refills on our coffees!!! I would recommend the Denny's on Interstate drive to anyone wanting good food at great prices, and a wonderful wait staff!
The "evening manager" sat us and didn't let the server know so we didn't get any service for 30 minutes when we finally asked for service. At that point she blamed someone else for her mistake. She then felt it necessary to reprimand our server (in front on customers) on how he plated a salad that was specifically requested by the customer. We love the service in the mornings but will not be returning for dinner.
I went 4 days ago. It was very slow but the service was horrible. We got semi-cold food. The waitress kept forgetting food we ordered. We sat and waited to have our drink order taken which took 25mins. And took longer for food to come to us. For it being slow I would have thought we'd get better service. She ignored us our first 25mins of being there. I will not be back for sometime.
I didn't get any plates to eat my appetizer and when I did get it it was cold. Took an hour to get my entree which was a disaster. Over-cooked, cold, and slow. Never got a refill, had to ask for napkins... I paid 50 bucks for a headache and a 4 trash can meals.
Every single bite of every single thing I ordered was absolutely delicious I had French toast and eggs over easy and sausage links and my mother had a grand slam with hash Brown's coffee eggs over easy and hers was absolutely delicious also. We would go to Denny's over ihop any day of the week it's not even close! ihop is so expensive and not nearly as good
Our server Jacquelyn was amazing. We did not have to ask for anything she was on top of her game. Jacquelyn was very friendly and efficient. The food was great.
Just picked up 2 sirloin steaks with veggies to go. Veggies looked limp but tasted great. The steak however was almost not edible. VERY tough. Came by for lunch. They were busy but we arrived before 2 other parties and they got our food before us even though we ordered first. The waitress claimed the tickets were put in wrong. Took almost an hour to get our food. Food was cold. Used to love coming to this location so it's a little upsetting.
This place was clean n staff's were friendly. They didn't even mind that we had showed up just before they were about to close. That right ? says it all who they all are. The food was great as well....?
This place was very clean! Understaffed as we're seeing everywhere so had to wait a little bit to get out entire order but the order was all hot, fresh and super yummy! Staff had a positive attitude even clearly being Understaffed. Great job overall!
