Took my order, got to the window and paid. Told me to pull around, I ordered one combo meal. Sat in the parking lot for 1 hour before they brought the car in front of me their food. Then after another 45 minutes I finally got my food. Cold and nasty. Other cars will still waiting. They pull everyone up and make them wait to get cold and nasty food.Needs better management - I understand staffing issues by 2 hours to get one combo meal? Make it make sense?!!!
Not so crowded even during dinner time and the manager and staff are friendly. We also got lots of coupons with great deals that would definitely give us more reasons to come. Come when there are good deals on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The quality of food was surprisingly good! And their hot sauce actually tops taco bells so I'm a fan. Plus they still have pico
I'm a vegetarian so the fact that Beyond Meat is available on Del Taco's menu is why I have been a repeat customer despite the fact that my order is rarely correct. Sometimes it's meat, sometimes it's not. Sometimes it's generally the thing I ordered, sometimes it's totally not. I mean, WOW. Not sure if it is just this location, but this location has soured me on ever eating at a Del Taco. The persistent mistakes on my orders lead me feel like the folks who work here hate their jobs which makes me think that the kitchen there must be really nasty.
I ordered for the first time on their app. When I arrived for the pickup, I didn't see the order. So I ordered again, thinking I had done something wrong. When I got to the speaker, I learned that I had ordered twice. The manager claimed that she couldn't cancel the extra order, and I had to do it in the app. There was no way to cancel in the app. I sent a message through the app requesting a refund for the second order that I didn't pick up. They emailed, claiming that local management would call. No one did. I paid for 2 meals and got one. I won't be back.
Very unfriendly staff interaction at drive-thru... I won't go into detail unless asked to , but employees that interact with the public should be prepared to be polite and respectful. The service my friend and I received was far less than acceptable in any establishment I've ever personally visited. It was on new years night of 12.31.21 hopefully this is rectified. Terrible service indeed
As an avid Del Taco lover, this location did not disappoint! Everything was amazing and delicious! The staff are friendly and caring! Shoutout to the best GM, Clifford! He treated us like family. Thank you!
I go here often as this location is near my workplace. These guys have really stepped it up in terms of their customer service. Out of say, the estimated thirty times I’ve been to have my lunch or dinner after a hard days work, thus far the quality and consistency of the food as well as customer interaction is second to none.
Pretty straight forward for a fast food chain, but the quality of the food is always good. I love their chicken and guacamole epic burrito!
Not all del tacos are created equally. My tacos were sloppy and my quesadilla cold. Super sad day is del taco land.
