The place feels like a throwback to the 1950s. Service was prompt and friendly. The food was warm, brown, and there was lots of it. Only weird thing was that the pork and the steak tasted basically the same! Maybe the chicken fry overwhelms the taste.
Absolutely amazing service and amazing food!! First time and here and will definitely be back!!
Food was pretty good, people were awesome, just wish we could have option to tip server on card and not require cash for tips.
The BEST Ice Tea and wonderful service no matter how ridiculous the request.Cool folks and great product! Thanks!!
Good food. My only complaint is the staff will tell you they are closed at 9pm on the weekends when their website clearly states they close at 10pm.
My local buddy told me this place barely survived a multiple year street construction project, and I can see why. This was one of the most bangin chicken fried steak sandos I've ever had. I had to call back gome and send pics because this monster was unreal. Fresh veggies tie it together, and the miracle whip is the perfect spread to give it that little tang. Loved it.
At Del Ranch in Norman, OK. I had the burger basket. Which was good. My wife had the fried okra, which was good also. Food came in a timely manner and served hot.
I've gone twice for the chicken fried steak sandwich. It is delicious! The steak is large and hangs out of the bun in a directions. It's big enough that I haven't tried fries or anything else. They are pretty speedy, too.
Really disappointed... Very nice people, but not a good sandwich.
My husband had been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time. We visited three times this month. The first time, they got the order right, and the food was fresh. The second time, they messed up the order, and the food was not very fresh. The third time, my husband ordered a burger with bacon, and I ordered the pecan and blackberry fried pies. The bacon smelled very bad, and it tasted even worse. Everything on the burger was old, and it was drenched in grease. Literally dripping everywhere with grease. The pecan fried pie was beyond disgusting. It was so old that I think it had been around for a couple of years before being ordered. The blackberry fried pie was made differently with a different crust. It was better than the pecan, but that's not saying much. The food also took a long time to get to us each time we went. I will never go back to this place. If you decide to eat here, be sure to inspect your food well.
