Awesome little place to grab a bite to eat or a snack?The manager was very friendly and immediately greeted me upon arrival. The place is very clean inside too! I personally love the triple decker club. I would highly recommend this City bites to ALL of my friends and family as the customer service here is absolutely amazing!! A+
I just had the most amazing experience with this store. I placed a delayed order through UberEats and the order was mistakenly processed as an immediate order. I was initially unable to reach Uber so, I contacted the restaurant. The manager on duty, Chad, immediately said he would put a note on the ticket not to start it until 4:45 and gave me the number to someone at their corporate office who handles their delivery relationships and asked me to get back in touch with him with the resolution to the issue. Mike, at the corporate office gave me the information to contact UberEats. Multiple frustrating calls with Uber later and no closer to the resolution, I called back to the restaurant and spoke with Chad, he heard my frustrations and chose to go far above and beyond to resolve the situation. He canceled my order with Uber and offered to deliver it himself, on his own time, when he got off work at 5. The company I placed the order with did nothing to help though all the drivers I spoke with were kind and helpful it was ultimately the restaurant, specifically, Chad the manager, that resolved the issue.

Disappointed that they raised sandwich prices but didn't make them any larger and the ingredients are the same as always, nothing added, nothing new. Did notice that they've added a whole screen of baked potato options, though, so I guess they want to be known as a spud deli instead of a sandwich shop now.
Food is always great, but they are very obviously understaffed if they can’t get time to even take an order at lunch… when people typically eat.
My husband wanted a pot roast spud tonight. Luckily they weren't sold out like they have been the last few times we have tried to get one. The food is always good and the cookies are amazing. The issue I have is...why do they always hand you the bag with the spuds sideways? Nothing more frustrating than getting home with half of the gravy in the bottom of the bag!
Sandwich was great! Person was little hard to explain things to, sweet girl but a bit ditzy.
California club is my favorite gonna get one at lunch mmm
Really good subs the Italian is my favorite. The baked potatoes are great too.
