Steak was dry. Took longer to pay then to get my order ready. My biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the place. The flat top grill was so dirty. Looked like it has not been cleaned in a long time. Layers of left over grease that needs to be scrubbed. I worked in a kitchen in my early 20's and I cleaned the grill. Such an easy process. 1st Scrape Leftovers. After each use, use a griddle scraper to scrape all the leftover grease or food residue.Then spray with water and give the entire surface a good rinse. That will help with the meat not tasting burned and dry
Never again. I asked for a chips and queso bowl . My husband got a burrito . I was informed upon paying they were out of chips . I thought to my self .. well why didn’t the person making my food tell me so ? One small ladle of queso one scoop of chicken . And a pinch of lettuce . My husbands burrito had a small scoop of rice ,chicken , and a heaping scoop of pico.. causeing it to be an absolute juicy mess . Then I asked for a fork .. they are all out of forks .. so we were charged full price at $22 nearly $23 and we got 2 items and didn’t even have everything the meal was sopose to come with . Absolutely disappointed. And will not be back . A refund is obvious.
Short hispanic employee was very rude and obnoxious, apparently he’s above the customer , I almost left , Don’t belittle customers ,For religious reasons I do not eat beef . in my bowl I see a piece of dark steak meat. I hate this store they are pigs, I am now going to hell for eating beef
Always nice and clean with friendly staff, my only complaint would have to be that the man on the line today gave oddly small portions on the bowl, like not even a full spoon of rice.
I made a mobile order today and they didn’t have my drinks, chips, guacamole, and corn with it. I nicely asked for the rest of my food and all I got was attitude from the girl up front. I understand errors because I work at a restaurant also. She only gave me chips and guacamole and I just left. :/
This is an awful establishment. If you order online, don’t expect expect to get it in a timely manner. You will to come to the store at the appointed time only to find that your order is not ready. “Staffing issues”, they say. And even if they do have your order ready, there is a high chance it’s wrong. The manager of this store is, quite simply, an idiot. Chipotle is a great company, but if I were them, I would close this location.
The new plant-based chorizo is so delicious!
After take a few bites I felt a weird texture in my mouth and it was this a roach what ever kind of bug I will NEVER eat at this location again in norman or chipotle period!
Poorly ran, and always understaffed. I literally walked out because after waiting in line I was told they were out of chicken and I had to wait for it to come off the grill. It is 6pm why is your crew not ready for the dinner rush.. BASIC BUSINESS PEOPLE.
I really liked the look and vibe at this Chipotle. It's conveniently located in North Norman. Great crowd here!
