We were very excited to go to Chipotle today because we love Chipotle. We gave them a second shot from our last visit. Which was not great either, they did not have white rice and told us it would be 1 hour for it to be made. Today, they did have white rice but not much else. It was a very disorganized, and pain stacking to watch them put our bowls together with the very few ingredients they had. Stopping frequently to check in the back for ingredients, which they did not have. Upon checking out we were informed they were out of the lids for the bowls. We drove 1 mile away from the restaurant to our home with the food. We had to heat our bowls up in the microwave because they were cold, probably because the had no lids or they were never hot to begin with.Does anyone know the best time to go to this chipotle? Or is it like this all of the time? If so they may need a new manager. Probably won't be coming back

I hadn't been here in a while. The restaurant has gone to complete trash. Every table was dirty and of all things... the food was completely old! They didn't even have chicken ready! Dude didn't even know the difference between white and brown rice! Shame!

Been ordering delivery from here a few years at the Asp Ave. location in Norman OK (door dash doesn't give any other chipotle option that is in town for where I live, IN TOWN, same distance from other Chipotle) couldn't care less if they get you the right order, make your order right, make sure delivery people get the right order for you, etc. No matter how many times I complain, (which I am usually not a complainer all) they still take zero steps to prevent people from having to calm hungry family then call about refund, then have to call and reorder. As pricey as it is for this to happen sooo many times and to others I know of too!

This is the worst chipotle. I was served with completely uncooked rice and beans. Rice was not even 1 percent cooked. Bowl was full of watery fluid for some reason. On top of that, when I called the manager to complain she kept me on hold for like 10 mins to never respond.

This establishment has become so virtuous you can't even walk in the building without ordering online. How quickly they forget that we had forgiven them for killing people with tainted food just a short time ago. I'll make food at home. Done...

2 tables taken. 8 tables dirty. Employees standing around. Took a while to order and pay. If you think masks will help they won't you pick something up from dirty table. Staff not good.

This Chipotle is the worst. Every time I order from here they mess something up. It's not that hard to follow directions on two orders of tacos.

I like this Norman location. The food is consistently good, and I enjoyed the music. Staff was professional and pleasant.

The customer service here is awful and they carefully give you anything in the portion sizes. Will be providing my patronage to qdoba from now on.

Great food, terrible wait.We placed an order through the app and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes. There is no order tracking on the customer side to know whether the order is actually done or not. We left and got there at about the time it was supposed to be done, so it should have been on the shelf, but it wasn't there.The place was packed and there were other customers that said they had been waiting over 30 minutes, so we waited in the car. When we went back in like 40 minutes later and it wasn't there. The staff said they put it on the shelf, but it wasn't there because someone stole it. The staff said that happens a lot. While they did make a replacement, I had been waiting over an hour by the time I finally walked out with it.While I was waiting for them to make a replacement, another customer came in and said it can take an hour, even two before an order will be ready, so apparently the long delays are a frequent problem that has been going on for a while.I don't blame the staff as it only looked like there were 3, maybe 4 people working, but they clearly have problems with late and stolen orders which they are well aware of and they have not done anything to prevent it from happening again.Chipotle needs: 1) a better system for picking up orders so they don't get stolen, 2) an app order tracking system where busy staff can easily tap a button to update the status as ready, 3) to give their staff a raise for putting up with such poor management that creates these problems in the first place. They need to learn from Chick-fil-a which is always busy but doesn't have such issues.
