Came in during Mother’s Day weekend after being turned away from multiple restaurants for wait times. We were seated quickly. Our food came out excellent and our server was polite.The only drawback was the noise level- I had to put in ear plugs to keep from being sensory overloaded.
If I could give zero stars I would.Food took forever to come out, we had an order of big mouth bites served to us that were petrified, as hard as a rock. The "food runner" that brought out the food said we are out of things and nothing else. Every dish had a missing side. Ribs were very tough on the edges. The manager comped the big mouth bites. I'm mind blown we had to pay anything. We didn't eat anything and if food comes out of the kitchen like that I can't trust anything else. This is very unfortunate, very doubtful we will ever be back to this location.
Currently eat here right now they gave me something that I didn't order I'm just eating it so I don't have to wait a hour for chicken tenders something so simple to make i will not be back the picture is original tenders I asked for crispy tenders
On a Friday afternoon, 20 min wait as I could plainly see 15 empty tables in the dining area, 5 in the bar but was told they weren't ready but we could sit at the bar. We order, (the single bar person who was trying her best), our order comes out, it's a 5 on a 1-10 scale until the girl next to us finds a creature sticking out of her taco. BAM appetite leaves us pretty quick. When I got home didn't feel very good but Chili's has made it onto the DONT EAT THERE list.
Really disappointed… again! 1.5 hours to get food. Food was cold, and dried up already. We got there on Friday 5:30 maybe . Not many people in there . Waitress was nice and she was doing the best she can. But she too was frustrated with the cooks. I’m giving 3 stars the manager took some meals off and gave us a discount. FYI- called before we came and was told there was no wait. Chili app said no wait. .. there was not wait. Only wait for food.
First visit to this Chili's and unfortunately it wasn't good. Waitress was nice, over worked as that is the new normal now. Margarita was great, food was horrible. We both ordered the same burger, both burnt and dry. For some reason only 1 had bacon. Might have sent them back but never had a chance to talk to the waitress again. Stopped a food runner after waiting for a check for about 15 minutes.
The staff is as inept as the manager. It took almost an hour to receive my somewhat warm that was under cooked. The entire experience was subpar. The staff spent more time making excuses for poor service than they did trying to improve it. This location really need to improve from the top down. Until improvements to staff are made these problems will continue. Not only will I post this I will also via word of mouth let people know about these issues. It was ridiculous
The food, from the appetizer to the main dish, was excellent. Also the service was exceptional. Just as we would finish a drink, not even seeing our waiter had been around, he was always right there with a new one on our last sip. Great all around.
Very bad weather tonight and you all were packed. Food was great and service was very good.
Our entire experience was awful. It took them 20 minutes to seat us at a table that had been empty the entire time we waited to be seated. Once seated our waitress was really sweet and took our drink order and appetizer order. We didn't see her again for about 20 minutes. Found out our waitress had to make the appetizers as well. Once we finally got the appetizer which took forever then our order was taken. We waited for our food for about 20 minutes then someone else came to the table and said she needed to take our order again. Therefore we had to wait another good 20 minutes to get our food. Oddly enough everyone around us was getting their food and leaving. Once we got our food it wasn't fresh and barely warm. And don't get me started on how filthy our silverware was. All 3 of us had to ask for clean silverware. I asked to speak to the manager who had absolutely nothing to say and what very little she did have to say wasn't loud enough to be heard. She took a small $4 discount off of our meal for all the inconvenience. But then charged me $5 for our chips and salsa that was supposed to be free. Needless to say my overall experience was completely horrible and will probably not return for a very long time. If you can't show that you care enough about your customers and show that you care about their experience then I don't want to come back.
