First let me say, the food is great! The service however needs improvement. We waited thirty minutes to get food in the drive thru even though five people behind us got their food brought out before us. Don't put "express" in the title if you can't even get it done in a reasonable amount of time. We could hear the lady taking our order yelling stuff to the kitchen and swear the guy working the window was arguing with another customer, not surprising but at least our order was correct and tasty!
One of the worst Chicken Expresses I've ever been to.Not expecting top tier here. But this one is bad. They don't listen to your order, get it wrong twice, and the food is always salted about 2x what it should be.The manager is great though. He's gotta tough job
The food is always good but the wait time sucks. I waited 30 minutes in the drive through because the lobby was not open and by time we got up to the window everyone behind me got their food first when I had been waiting longer than the people behind me and nobody at the window knew what we had ordered.
In the past we loved the chicken. Dining closed but no sign to indicate. Left without ordering.
Ever since they changed management, if they can keep a decent one, the food is good but the service sucks. There is always a line, the dining room is always closed and they never have the pieces you want ready. They say after nine it's cool to order but I've gone on way before 9 and I've still had to wait. They close early most of the time but yet they waste food. Their employees spend more time outside smoking than doing their jobs. My daughter was the manager from 2014 to 2016 and this place ran like a top.
Always enjoy this place. Chicken is always cooked to perfection. Not dry like some places. Mashed potatoes are delicious made perfect. The mac and chz is nice and creamy, noodles always cooked just right not soggy and overcooked. Nice place to grab a quick family dinner
My go to place! Best Sweet Tea in Town! I go so often. I feel like family. Good Food, good service. When you’re in Drive thru, and just order drinks. They’re bring to your car, so you don’t have to wait in line.!!
The absolute worst place to be if your a delivery driver. The door to their lobby was open and it was 4pm. I walked in and immediately was told in the rudest voice “we’re closed”. Told them i was just picking up a delivery order. “Doesn’t matter. You still need to wait in the drive thru”. Yeah. With 6 cars in front of me moving at 1 car every 7-10 minutes. Why couldn’t they turn around and give me a couple chicken tenders and the iced tea that was a small order. The GM has disgusting customer service. After i did attempt to wait in drive thru, Aisha or whatever her real name is was Cussing at me through the speaker then came outside to cuss at me some more with another minion employee. I’ve called corporate but to no avail. I waited over 10 minutes just to be harassed and told that they wouldn’t be giving me the food to deliver anyway. I ended up giving them the finger and leaving. I will never step foot in this place. It’s no wonder they literally get no business. It’s not my fault you’re paid $8 an hour and no one wants to come into work. DO BETTER
I've contacted Chicken Express corporate regarding the ridiculous sign posted at this location.The owners are so lazy they didn't even make their own sign and posted a picture of another sign xD
There was hair on my chicken. And seriously 8pieces $20 for wings ?!?? That’s a little too much. I’d head myself to Popeyes. Chicken barely has any seasonings. ?
