This is easily the worst run Chick-fil-A restaurant in the country. Twice, i have visited this location. Both times were disasters. This time, I sat for 45 Is been minutes waiting for a pre-order. I am not exaggerating. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll choose Wendy's from now on when I'm in the area.
This operation fails the traditional experience. Everyone knows a long line is no worry because Chick fil A knows how to keep things moving. Not here. Especially in the morning. Slower than the proverbial molasses. This is unfortunate because the staff is great and friendly. If you’re in a hurry, don’t come here.

Tonight definitely worst drive thru service. There was 6 cars total in drive they 3 on each side and took them 35 minutes for me to get thru and i had an online order. They didn’t even apologies for the long wait. You would expect this at mcdonald’s but not chick fila oh and my food was cold but that’s what i get for coming an hour before close
the meals are fresh, love the staff, the place is clean and well maintained?
Another terrific experience at a Chick-fil-A! The food was superior and the service, as always, was excellent! Never can go wrong eating at one of these wonderful restaurants! Continue the outstanding job!
Wonderful attention to detail. Order grilled chicken breakfast burrito from here and the one on the east side and compare! This place is twice the other one!!! Consistently always.
My favorite place! Cobb Salad with Grilled Chicken is fantastic! The employees are fabulous!

Chikfila is pretty good. Usually fast, good (not great), and accurate. The last time I went I was shocked that it took almost 30 minutes for us to get through the drive thru. I ordered 1 spicy deluxe sandwich and 2 regular deluxe sandwiches. When I got to the window- I noticed my receipt said 3 spicy deluxe sandwiches. I told the cashier and they Al had me drive around to the other side of the store and wait while they corrected our order. About 10 minutes later, they brought our food out. When I got home, my bag had 3 spicy deluxe sandwiches! (Now cold) I don’t know what happened to the ones they remade, but they didn’t make them into my bag ? I called them, told them what happened, and they wrote my name down and told me I could get the correct sandwiches when I came back in. I live about 15 minutes from then- so that’s al good and well, but my son didn’t get his dinner that night because he can’t eat the spicy sandwiches, and I couldn’t take another 45 minutes to go get the right ones. Cheerio city sweetheart:( I should have been offered something for the inconvenience- not JUST what I paid for.
