Couldn’t really say how the food is, this was our first visit and we’ve really been looking forward to it. It was 5 pm when we arrived, both my husband and I had skipped lunch so we thought an early dinner would be perfect as we didn’t expect them to be and they weren’t busy.We went next door to Logan’s Roadhouse and although they had more diners, they were quick and our food was good. I guess that explains why Cheddar’s wasn’t busy.
Haven't been into a Cheddars in years, not by certain choice but logistics. We were already in Norman so we stopped here to eat. We had a wonderful dining experience. The food was very good and salads were fresh.
Good food, great environment, family friendly. The food was nice and spicy like I wanted it to be and the service was on point.
Really disappointed. The cheese bites were the highlight of the meal, they were delicious. However, the ribs came doused in BBQ sauce and clearly not smoked as the menu said. The tenders were overcooked to the point where they were tough and hard to bite into. The rice was undercooked so it was crunchy. I ordered a loaded baked potato, it didn't come out with the food, and 10 minutes later when came the toppings were underwhelming. (Bacon is like the most important part of a loaded baked potato, and there was none, as well as no green onions.) I would not come back, and I can't recommend you eat here.
The restaurant was not crowded. The food was delicious and generous servings. Our waitress was nice but a little slow getting things done. All in all, a pleasant meal.
My husband and I wanted to try the place. The wait staff was wonderful except the girl and one guy that kept going out the emergency exit making us cold. The bartender was fabulous. We ordered the cheddar fries and the honey butter cressaunts. They were delicious. We ordered there fall off the bone ribs and coconut shrimp, with broccoli casserole, and baby carrots. The veggies and shrimp were great. The ribs were awful. Nothing but covered pepper rub and sauce. They were not cooked all the way and were not fall off the bone in any way. My husband spit his out and I should have with the first bite. Now I am puking. I will never eat there again. They say they care about their customers enjoyment of their food, but it was disgusting.Machelle Bice & Gerald Dees
It was good. The servings always too much to eat. Steak was over cooked, but the manager and waitress took care of it. Great place for everyone and the prices are good
Good home made food.. we enjoyed it a lot. Our entire family came a few weeks ago and last min ypu guys were able to search us. And everyone was pleased.
I loved this place until I came for my anniversary Tonight and my coconut shrimp was really dark and over cooked. I asked for it to be remade and cooked lightly and when I got my my plate the shrimp were dark and over cooked again. I could taste the grease and the over cooked coconut breading on the shrimp completely overpowered the sweetness I had had in past visits. I asked again for the shrimp to be recooked but the manager came out and explained that the grease probably needed to be changed and that's why the shrimp were coming out dark and that today wasn't the day for the grease to be changed. I am so disappointed because the coconut shrimp was the only reason to visit for me personally. I probably won't go back because I don't know what day they change the grease.
