Overpriced for the fastfood burger world and this location is not a good Carl Js imo.You can always tell the burgers have been cooked hours ago and sitting around, and the fries are never good.The location by the highschool never used to have these issues before it closed down.
Fast food done right. We've never had a problem with an order get nor any unprofessional service. The cheapskate in me wishes they'd be a bit less expensive it at least offer more specials because we do feel like they're a cut above other burger joints. Loss of one star for a rather filthy bathroom - so much so that I wouldn't let my son use it.
There was a lot of trash on the floor.I watched one of the employees "clean" the table next to us by brushing the crumbs onto the benches with a dry napkin.They then put the uncrumpled napkins the previous customer had left on the table back into the napkin holder.There was a long hair in my friends burger.

There was construction on the parking lot entrance, so getting there was a pain. BUT. The staff was very kind, going so far as to running my drink out to my car when they forgot to give it to me. The food was Carl's Jr. It was fine. Staff makes it 5 stars.
I ordered the 6$ box meal thing and it was terrible! I ordered no cheese, mayo or mustard on anything and the chicken sandwich had mayo then the burger had cheese and mustard, then I went and exchanged my chicken sandwich for one without mayo and the employee gave me another burger and she said "here you go no mustard" WHAT?!?!? i ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo and got a burger with no mustard >:( I would give it half a star if I could ?
2 meals and 2 sandwiches and it cost over $40. Ridiculous price for meh burgers. I'll go over to Five Guys next time I want to be ripped off for a burger.

He even through in a bit of extra ketchup and napkins as we were going to have to eat in the car.Great customer service. Great attitude. Most ppl have an attitude, missing order no napkins no ketchup missing or someone else's order. They don't even say bye. So we have to tell them to have a nice day and ask is that all.Have a blessed day. He deserves to be recognized. Thanks
