Sat at bar got a water asked for a menu. Ignored for 10 minutes. It was not busy. Only two others at bar one leaving. Two guys sit down. I guess she knew or thought they were cute. They were serve beers, given menus and had their order taken before me. She then came to me, that's when i decided to leave. It was so disrespectful. This was around 1:45.
Our experience at this restaurant wasn’t exactly pleasant. The hostess, even though she was nice, sat me and my husband at a dirty table and gave us sticky menus. We waited for a good 15 minutes before anyone came to take our orders. There were a few servers who saw us and simply ignored us. An older lady, Sylvia—I believe that was her name— took our orders when she saw that no one helped us, and moved us to a cleaner table when we asked. She was friendly and accommodating with us. I don’t think she was supposed to work in the section we were in, and there’s a possibility that she wasn’t a server to begin with, but a cleaning person. Despite that, she still took the time to help us. Our food came first, and we never got our drinks. When we got our food, our server commented on how she didn’t think our wings looked right, but that was what the cooks gave her. We ate them anyway. The food wasn’t terrible, so no complaints there.When it came time to leave, we asked to have the drinks taken off since we never got them. Our server did offer if we wanted them to-go, but we told her to not worry about it. So, overall, my husband and I weren’t all too happy with our experience.
Came here a lot before COVID! Loved the place. Since COVID, the place has deteriorated significantly. I’m talking about terrible wait staff and hosts, poorly and inaccurately prepared orders, inconsistent portions, and a musty smell in the dining room. I come here because I love their burgers and the convenience , but I’m just about done with this place. When one portion of your order is wrong, they act as though you are asking for a favor to have it fixed. It shouldn’t be like that since I’m actually paying my hard earned money for the food! This is a consistent observation that I have experienced over the past several month, not an isolated incident. Just had the worst experience yet! I asked for my money back since I had been in the pickup area for almost 30 minutes waiting for my order to be fixed. It seems as though the host went and told them I wanted the money back and the cooks in the kitchen came and peeked out the window on the door and started laughing. A man, I would assume the manager seems mad that I even had the audacity to want my money back after waiting so long. He told , (with a strong sense of annoyance), that I could get the burger if I wanted. I took the burger because I already waited so long for it. The burger was absolutely disgusting because it was made out of spite !!!

Server was fantastic but drinks were way too watered down. I ordered 2 drinks for myself and 2 drinks for a another lady friend and a plate of loaded nachos. I asked for a double shot of cranberry and vodka. After the first drink- no buzz. I decided to ask for another drink. After the second drink- no buzz. My friend didnt get a buzz neither from either one of her drinks. Was not looking to get wasted, but after spending 48 dollars- I should not had felt like I was full of nachos and WATER as I was walking out the door. This was an intended after work treat for ourselves. Please get people who know how to pour. Would have been cheaper to drink with my home girl at home.
Ordered 75 dollars worth of wings. Did not receive all items ordered. Had to call twice to get matter resolved and they still did not give me the amount paid for the items missing. Large frie cost 6.29 so 12 dollars is not equal too the two large fries missing. Would have not been an issue if they would just own up to their own mistakes. Lost a customer over .60 cent for being cheap and unreliable. Honesty goes a long way and this location is not honest.
This is just disgusting and shows how lazy and careless management and their cooks are. Stephen the managers exact words were he’s “happy with it.” Very unprofessional. No more explaining needed.
Went the waiter said you could sit at the bar if you want. Sit at the bar area. No service for 10 minutes. No one wanted to help me. Finally got service and order a burger and fres. Froes were cold and barely warm. Burger wasn't cooked all the way. I ask the manager for a full refund. But only gotb25% off. No server or manager introduced themselves to me . Was treated like it was my fault. Never was ask if my food was good or not. Never eating here again. Give me a corporate number or thebowner number. Never going to a place that so rude
Rudest service from the “manager” refused to service us after the hostess told us it was free seating continued to tell me and my family we are lying to him. Will never return this is the worst place to ever try to dine. 0/10
I ordered online through the BWW app and set for a pickup time in the future. I arrived at the requested pickup time and my food was just coming out ready. Food was great and exactly what I ordered, no issues. Will be returning when I get a craving for wings.
