This place is filthy, nasty, dirty, and everything is completely overpriced. It really doesn’t get any worse.The drive-thru experience is horrible. They throw your food in a bad and shake it up apparently.The staff that works the ice cream counter and registers are terrible at their jobs, and offer the worst service in town. It’s just as bad as Whataburger.What I don’t understand is why the local populace still frequents a dump like this?All around terrible experience.
Very dirty inside the store and especially behind the counter. I see this at so many Braums in the state, unfortunately. And, it's honestly unappetizing to see ice cream, chocolate, cherries all of the counter, floors, etc. The staff seemed less than enthused to be there or work there. They were out of 75% of their ice cream. A posted sign stating such would be nice. It was just awkward asking for a flavor and them having to tell me they don't have it. I really didnt want to lean over the glass (safety/cleanliness barrier) to see if the containers are empty. Plus, it was hard to see through the freezer covers since they were wiped with what looked like a rag with ice cream on it. Pretty opaque.The ice cream I did finally get was good. You at least can't go wrong with that. ?
I love Braums. They are a local company. Their ice cream is delicious, and they always have seasonal flavors, so it's not always the same choices everytime you go. They also serve typical fast food fare, burgers, fries etc. Their bag of burgers is always popular when feeding a crowd. Braums raises their own cattle, and dairy cows. There for everything is fresh. Fresh milk, fresh eggs, fresh butter, fresh cheese and of course ice cream. They use the cattle to supply fresh beef for their burgers. My favorite thing about Braums other than the ice cream, is that they have a small Fresh Market inside of every store. I can always get close parking, run in and grab milk, butter, eggs, cheese, sour cream, yogurt, cream cheese, sour cream, everything dairy related. They have a small section of fresh fruits & veggies & bagged salads. Braums also has their own bakery, so they also carry bread, English muffins, bagels, tortillas. Then of course all of the various ice cream varieties. So I can knock out almost all of the essentials at Braums, and quickly. In and out. They also have a small meat section that comes from the cattle they raise. They also carry fresh pork products. I love not having to fight people down the isle at a big grocery store when I only need a few things. Their prices are good, and right in line with any other grocer. Just easier to get to and fresh local raised products. Win win
The burgers are messy, but filled with love (not the gross kind). Their specialty is icecream and it shows never had a bad shake or cone. My cousin from Cali calls it Brams
Love me some Braum's!!! I had a single dip Butter Pecan cone and my husband had a Banana Frudge Sunday. Good stuff!!!
Came through for a quick bite, burger was good. The fries were cold and too salty for my taste.
I love to go to a Braum's when I fly into OKC. I think they have some of the best ice cream, and the Sticky Bun flavor from Summer of '21 is my favorite!Before catching my flight back home recently, I decided to try lunch at a Braum's for the first time. I got a double cheeseburger combo with fries. Both the fries and the meat patties were EXTREMELY salty. I don't know if it was just this location or if this is standard practice for all locations, but I would not get that again.The ice cream is still great!
I stopped coming here for about a year because this place was filthy and service and food quality was not very good . Gave it another shot today and the new manger definitely did some house cleaning in staff and the store . He was alert and was making sure all customers were tak n care if .?
Besides ice cream that they are known for, the small store stocks many basic provisions at fair prices. And so many flavors of ice cream!
Good food. Great salads and cottage cheese!
