Their Drive Thru is the absolute slowest service. It doesn’t matter if they are busy or not. They make the sloth in ZooTopia, and I don’t mean driving, look fast. 10-15 to just put an order in. I left, drove to another Braums two miles away and got food before my brother one car back at this location could get his. It’s like the short bus of Braums.
I’ll start off by saying I’m an Oklahoma girl, and I love Braum’s. Unfortunately, this location does not measure up. Went there this evening (Thursday) to grab some dinner from the drive through. Got there at 5:32 (I know because i texted my husband). The line was moving super slowly, and I should have quit while I was ahead. Ordered 2 meals and waited. And waited. And waited. They eventually gave me my drinks then ignored me. Finally, at 5:57 they had me “pull around” so they could serve other customers. Didn’t leave until after 6. I was there for over 30 minutes when it wasn’t even busy. It was inexcusable.
Low rating because of how a computer failure was handled. The man running the register was trying his best. He informed another man, possibly the mgr., and that person seemed to care less and offered no assistance. Waited about 15 min, had already sent my ice cream to the car because it was dripping. Whomever was in chg of computers should have immediately addressed it and explained to customers what was happening. Just seemed like a total disconnect between employees.
If I could give zero stars that what I would give today. Assistant Manager was very inattentive to drive thru customers. Two cars drove off behind me due to the wait at the drive thru. They got our very small order of single cone ice creams wrong twice, and the young person that made them had a horrible attitude. Will NOT be returning to this store on 24th and Lindsey again.
This Braumis has the best ice cream texture - they keep the freezers cold enough so your ice cream isn't dripping when you get it, but they are the slowest Braum's in recent months. Busy or not busy, you will be waiting and waiting... If in the drive thru, just be prepared to turn your car off. It is that bad, especially at night. They really need to resolve that.
Got exactly what I ordered... Which is a challenge for most fast-food joints these days.
Best ice cream you will ever buy. Really enjoy their burgers and fries as well. Nothing better than a burger and shake!
This place is awful. We have waited in line at the drive through for now 30mn. About 6mn wait per car. This place should be boycotted and be closed for such incompetency. I should have read the other reviews first, apparently this is a common issue.

What an awesome experience. Service you don’t find in many places today. We stopped by for ice cream after dinner. The gentleman that waited on us had the best attitude which you don’t find often today. Jeff made my 11 year old daughter feel extremely special by his actions. Thank you Jeff for the attention and kindness you showed. It didn’t go unnoticed.
