This location has a manager unwilling to make incorrect orders correct, without undeniable proof.Which would be fine, if they trained their expo window to know what the orders they give to the customersI bought a bag of burgers and all 5 we're incorrect. I came on my break so there's little time to eat.I came back to get my order corrected, bc food I paid for should be correct, and the manager refused.So I bought two more bags of burgers. And again 3 of them were wrong.I suggest you check your orders in their face since they cannot be trusted to fill them honestly.
The customer service is always good. I have never had good that wasn't well-prepared from any Braum's location. They are classic American fare with a focus on their fresh, locally-sourced beef and dairy products. You can get food that doesn't make you sick for less than the competing chains because they don't have to cut corners to keep the food fresh. No preservatives. No chocolate mucous *cough* (MCDONALD'S). Excuse me. They also have a small grocery shop in every location. YOU CAN GO SHOPPING AT THIS FAST FOOD CHAIN. ACTUAL SHOPPING TRIP. Good setup.
This Braums always has rude customer service! Asking them to bag multiple sundaes when buying them in the drive thru is like asking for something offensive! Tonight while I sat as the only vehicle in the drive thru order window for five minuets another car entered the second order window and immediately their order was taken. I had to say “Hello??” For anyone to answer me! If I could have clicked NO stars I would have!
Service was slow and my husband all for no onions, but they put them on his burger. There wasn't enough help, the trash cans were overflowing.
The BEST ice cream within a 5 state region. Great burgers. Great family atmosphere. However, Bathrooms are usually suspect.
So they now have spinach, but guess what? You can't substitute lettuce for said spinach. How ridiculous is it that you HAVE spinach, but can't reach your hand over and put it on the burger? I even offered to pay for it!!! Secondly, my husband was told that he couldn't have his shake without all the food being ready! What the actual f? He did manage to FINALLY get them to give it to him after it had already partially melted. From now on, we will be taking our money and going across town to a much better braums where they use common sense and logic and aren't rude.
Love it hear good food for great prices I can get a burger large chili cheese fries and a drink for $8.80 and I can feed me and my 2 kids for under $20
Love this Braun's. Small but in a decent neighborhood which makes one feel safe. My orders have always been filled quickly and accurate 98% of the time.
Very busy, but the staff were very quick to fill my ice cream order. And as always, delicious sundaes ?
I usually really enjoy the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich but on this day it was not great. And the coffee was barely warm.
