Really enjoyed their beers and the food was great.
About time for an update....We have always really liked BJ's. We use to always visit for dinner before covid.This visit was for dinner. It was awesome. We will visit more often now.
Loved our food. We had a party of 14 and the staff was pleasant and on top of it.
Got the Flatbread pizza and was so disappointed was like eating a saltine cracker. Told the waiter and didn't seem bothered so brought me some ranch. We left and had to go get drinks because he never came back to fill our drinks. Was very disappointed this time and this is one of my favorite places. Hopefully just this location. Definitely was not a happy employee vibe
I’m not sure if COVID killed the quality at BJ’s, but this place is so Trash now. Yes, the service in Norman is fine but the food is trash. I ordered a full rack of ribs with broccoli and mash. My broccoli was brown and dirty and the ribs were tiny, flavorless, not quality and definitely not worth the price. Pick it up Bj’s you were a great chain but you’re lacking right now.
Food and service was amazing.
When we arrived we found the restaurant was clean and beautiful, unlike many restaurants, the music was set at a reasonable volume allowing us to communicate without difficulty. Our waiter was warm and helpful. When we opened our menus we found everything was significantly more expensive than we expected. When the food arrived, I found my own portion to be adequate, but my wife’s meal was skimpy considering it’s cost. The food quality was acceptable but we could have easily eaten similar meals for less money at another restaurant. We found the disparity between cost and portion size to be significant enough that we do not plan to return, and we will not recommend BJ’s restaurant to others.
The quality and quantity of food does not match the stated price. an attempt to compensate for the savings of food on a chic interior. Most likely that my family will not go there anymore, we will return to our usual restaurants.In an expensive restaurant, you should not cover the emptiness of the plate with chips laid flat. Pathological greed. I am very disappointed.
We set in bar area. Service was ok. Had my credit card out booking motel room server came up with our ticket since we had our credit card out. Just unbelievable we got charge for a beer taster yes just 1. 5 cents. Never been charge for a taster any other place. There on happy hour. Our 1st 3 choices they where out of. And didn't offer any replacement of them either. My shirt stuck to table so I would think it should have been cleaned better.
Our server was Calvin B, had 2 tables at first, took forever for our food to get out in, took another 10 minutes to bring out our sauce we asked for, then my sis in law had to go ask him for the check because he was at the bar with his head on his hand watching the game. When we left the people who were there before us were still waiting on their check.
