Love the chai lattes here. Big fan of their hibiscus tea as I don’t love an overly sweet iced tea, it has just the right amount of natural sweetness. Yum! My favorite place to enjoy an on the go coffee in Norman :)
This was my first trying this place. Let me tell you it was the best shaved I have ever had! So soft and smooth. And they did not skimp on the flavoring. The ladies in there that I dealt with were sweet and fast. Will definitely be going back!
This location is fantastic. The inside decorations/wall art/chairs are all themed and it is done very well. Both my kids love going there (so do I).The prices for sno cones are good and the options of flavors is massive.They also use a good sno machine, so the ice is very soft and absorbs the flavors well. Fantastic texture.They do have "sugar free" options, but keep in mind that the sugar free mixture makes the ice clump up/harden, which makes the sugar free versions a bit less enjoyable on a texture level.Otherwise, it is a fantastic place with a great atmosphere. It even has a separate, lounge, area where the lights are lower and is great for doing some homework or general laptop stuff.Would highly recommend.
Really impressed with how kid-friendly this place is! There are toys and books, fun decorations, and a giant chalkboard in addition to plenty of seating (including several high chairs and toddler chairs!). We came for snow cones and will definitely be back.
This is a life changing establishment! The feeling i got walking through the door was like the first time i walked into Disneyland when i was 7. I go here for the Snowcones, my wife goes here for the Coffee. Both are amazing! The decorations are beautiful and one of a kind. I would trust the employees with my children and grandparents. If you held a funeral in this business no one would be able to shed a tear because of how awesome this place is!
You just can’t go wrong here. Cookies, coffee, sno cones, some powdered sugar donuts. Staff is just so friendly! Cute quiet room to hangout if you like. Bathrooms clean! A must stop coffee shop that tastes way better than big names.
I want to start out by saying I am huge on customer service and currently work in the service industry but I have never experienced anything like this. I have been going to bean stalk for 2 years now and love their coffee and snow cones. However, I have had a few not so great experiences over the last two years but I let it pass because no ones perfect and most of the time my experience is good! Today however, my boyfriend and I drove through to get a large iced latte with half oat milk but in a medium cup BECAUSE the last time he asked for a medium drink the same way there was a little extra space in the top (obviously because he asked for half the oat milk FOR ME). So, after the lady in the drive through told him he couldn’t have a large drink in a medium cup that he is PAYING FOR, she basically offered no solution so we left with no coffee and he left a review. We are not the couple to leave reviews, but he was pretty frustrated. Immediately after he leaves the review the owner of the business calls and again offers no solution and basically tries to explain why our experience is invalid because they tell their employees that all drinks have to go in the size cup of the drink they order. So, basically they don’t allow adequate customer service and we just don't agree with that. After her not listening to basically anything he is trying to say, he hangs up. Immediately after that THE HUSBAND CALLS!!!! Literally harasses my boyfriend and brings up HIS PLACE OF WORK!!! Never once did my boyfriend say where he works so how did they know that and why would they think it was appropriate or professional to bring that up? Very disappointed to say the least. If they would have called and offered a solution to our problem or at least tried to understand our frustration, we would have definitely been open to listening and moved on. This is absolutely crazy and unprofessional.
Have probably spent thousands of dollars here. Asked for a medium iced latte with half the oat milk the last time I went through and the cup came out with half liquid in it so I figured next time I’d order a large iced coffee and just ask for it to be in a medium cup. NOPE! LOL, I was told by the lady I can’t get a large iced latte with half oat milk in a medium cup so there would be a full coffee and said she’d be fired if she did that for me. I apologize for the management at that place and I WILL NOT be going back. Sad day cause we love the coffee but this is absurd and the fact I wanted to pay for the actual thing I ordered is the crazier part.
My white mocha tasted amazing! My girls highly loved their hot chocolate as well!
This is one of the best coffee shops in Norman! Not only do they serve great coffee and have super friendly staff, but they have a drive-thru which makes it so easy to stop here. I do enjoy being inside though, the atmosphere is usually very quiet and perfect for worker study. The owners of the shop are amazing and all of the baristas and other staff are super helpful. If you haven't visited Beanstalk yet, head over there right away! I promise you'll enjoy one of their latest seasonal flavored lattes or tasty baked items... My favorite are the flavored mini donuts!
