They may or may not be okay if you actually go there, but their evening shift apparently can't read orders when ordering online. Multiple times I've ordered they have gotten my order wrong. Cold food, missing items, prepared wrong... It seems that they employ school drop outs at night. If you want food from here, go there and monitor your order. Don't trust them to read an order.
I am currently at Arby's. This kid in the window is extremely rude. Number one he was shoving things in my hands! Then when he gave me water instead of lemonade i was going to ask for it to be fixed he opened the window and said "you good". Then when I got my food I said can I get some sauce he said already put it in the bag. I look and there was 2 horsey... I ordered for my family?? I said can I have some more? He showed a bunch in my hand. Then we pulled over and half our food was missing. Wow!
They really forgot my kids chicken nuggets and her drink and toy. The only thing that I got in her kids meal was some fries. Got all the way home and discovered they were missing. So disappointed in wasting my money here.Edit: I change my review because they did replace our kids meal. I think the issue was they were short staffed with only 3 workers on the floor. We did have to wait about 10 minutes for fresh nuggets which is fine.
This was the first time we tried the brisket sandwich and the gyro. We were pleasantly surprised. The smokehouse brisket was very delicious I would definitely recommend. The normal gyro was also good. It was surprising to seem make a Greek dish so well. Usually we get the roast beef and the chicken burger. These two were definitely better. I would recommend. The curly fries are always a win when you go to arbys as well.
I ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches with no sauce, just meat, cheese and bread, a small curly fry with cheddar sauce and a large Dr pepper. The girl taking the order was rude and kept interrupting me as I was ordering, after about a 10 minute wait, we left and drove home to Slaughterville, got home the 2 sandwiches didn't have the cheddar sauce on them and the cheddar dipping sauce was not in the bag either, and I have tried to call twice now and they will not answer the phone. The young gentleman at the drive thru was also a little rude. And there were 3 young ladies standing around giggling.
Horrible customer service! If you don't like your job or don't want to be there, then leave! I don't want to get off from work & go pick up food for my family & have to deal with attitude through the drive through! Uncalled for....However, the food is always good!
I tried the Classic Chicken Sandwich today with medium drink and fries. And this is what I got!!! I thought for sure they put a small piece from the strips by mistake. I went to the front and asked if that was really the Clasdic Chicken Sandwich and they said yes. I sat down then decided that it was ridiculous to accept that for a $9 meal so I got a refund and the manager said they do not control the size of the chicken.. very sad that Arby's accept this product for their customers. I will not go back
Two of the original menu items are no longer available, ham and potato cakes! The ham and Swiss sandwich and the Chicken Cordon Bleu are no more. What a huge mistake! I ordered the chicken bacon and Swiss last night and they literally soaked the sandwiches down to the point of ruining them. I had a coupon for 2 for 5 and believe that may have been why this happened. This is also the third time this year that this store has run out of roast beef...what the heck kind of management does this place have? I will not be back!
The wings and fries were good however my chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way so I requested a refund and I did get a refund I'm still upset. I was only offering a refund for the sandwich however I should have been offered a refund for my whole meal so disrespectful
Food was good and the staff were very friendly when we went.
