Went through the drive thru tonight and thought something in our order was missing because it's usually put in a bag and not a plastic container. Went back through the drive thru to ask about it and the cashier changed her tone to snide real quick and argued with us insinuating we were lying about not receiving it. We even apologized whenever we realized it was in a weird container. Honestly was completely unnecessary.
I went to taco bueno. Went inside to order the food to go. I order a number one with no tomato. The cashier argued with me about the drink “say that meal don’t include a drink” which it does! When I received all the food and got back to work. The number one meal was covered in tomato. I also ordered a taco salad but there no meat. And a little bit of salad. So there version of taco salad is a empty shell.
Every once in a blue moon I give in and try this Taco Bueno and it never changes. We had delivery service and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get 2 platters because it said the size of our order was to big. Slow to get out, awful food. Taco was soggy, missing chips on one platter. The other platter had salsa spilled out all over it instead of the cup. No utensils to eat or napkins. I can't for the life of me understand why this Taco Bueno is allowed to keep operating after years of reviews being terrible. Corporate needs to step up and do something about it.
I had stopped going to the Muskogee shop due to frequent outages of lettuce and tomatoes, then the taste changed. I have to have someone bring in food or groceries now. Today I should have settled for groceries. I ordered a muchaco and chicken quesadilla. The person who picked it up was told the lettuce was bad. Come on! There was no lettuce, tomatoes or cheese on either one. The shell
We stopped going because of issues with the staff having attitudes. Decided we wanted a late dinner. It’s 9pm and they are closed. Their hours say open til midnight . I love bueno but this location is sorely lacking and it’s sad.
I called at 7:30pm to make sure they would be open. There was no answer so I figured they were busy. Online their hours say they are open until midnight. At 9pm my husband went by to grab something for me and they were completely closed. No lights, no nothing. We stopped going to this location due to attitudes from staff and the playing around and vulgar language in front a packed restaurant. We decided to give it a go again and now this. Losing faith in this particular location.
They are terribly slow! I was the second car in the Drive-Thru and it took over 20 minutes and the woman in the Drive-Thru was not friendly at all however the boy that was making the food was super friendly he should be the one working the public side of things
Good quality as you It's expect when you go To eat there and you really need to hire more help though
Not happy with my order. Ask for soft tacos and they gave out crunchy plus left the chips out of my order which was supposed to come with it. But on a positive side the salsa was good and they gave plenty. Can't win them all...
Whoever the purple haired "manager" is, is extremely RUDE! YOU LEFT PART OF MY ORDER OUT AND ACCUSED ME OF TRYING TO PULL A FAST ONE.Do better!
