Awful customer service! Waited on my door dash customers order for over 25 minutes. I spoke with female "manager" but she said she didn't have time to deal with it and attempted to lock me and other customers out of the store. Gaslighting employee refused to give me her name and told me that she was only allowing drive thru after that. I'll be contacting corporate and have already spoken with door dash. Please take care of your problem employee and I will maybe come back.
I have never had such a pleasant experience at a fast food restaurant! All of the staff were very pleasant to deal with. We ordered through drive thru, but realized one of the items we purchased wasn't in our bag. I parked and went in, 3 different employees apologized for the mistake! I will definitely choose this location, over the other one in town, from now on!
Taco Bell get your $h!+ Together!, We weren't given napkins or a fork! Had to create one with 3 Q-Tips after removing the cotton part on all 3?, if I were eating my food at my home that would have been different but my family and I were staying at a motel.
Love this store. Theyre always fast and my order is never wrong. The mobile app is super easy to use. Love the fact that they stay open late still, while most of the other restaurants in town close so early.
Waited forever in line, so left before getting food. Was not even real busy part of day like lunch or dinner. Print is too small to read drive thru menu either.
Food was good with quite a bit of meat, etc.. but we were the only people inside and still waited over 10 minutes for our food.
If the at the order taker at this taco bell isn't the sweetest person in take out food, I don't believe you. I wish I knew her name! You keep it up girl!
Spend 30$ just for my order to be totally wrong and they barely put enough meat on your stuff. Its ridiculous especially for the price! I will not be back!
they got my order wrong and not only that the chulpas were hard n my wife can't eat them cause she has no teeth... n I barely have any. I can't eat them the lettuce was nasty n had brown on it, n the tomatoes were nasty they weren't fresh they were out dated ur supposed to be a fast food restaurant
Drive thru team member was the BEST I've seen at a TB yet!! Fast service at a great price.
