This location takes forever… It takes on average 15-20 sitting in the stall to get your order. That’s after waiting 5-10 minutes with the red light flashing for them just to take your order
My son was sent to get food and he gave the girl too much money and instead of doing the right thing she kept it and lied about what he gave her. The worst Sonic in muskogee by far.
Everything always good, hot, fresh. Best drink selection in town and always tasty and yummy. Sodas are always good.
We pulled up and pushed button in stall. Waiting 3.mins. Pushed again. Nothing. Then pushed a 3rd time to be yelled at all stalls are closed tru drive thru. No signs posting that. This happen to the two stalls around us to.
I think this sonic is amazing, bare with us while we train the new folks! Finally started back in September after working here for 10 years. Not the best job I wish I made more since I can cover any position if needed.

Don't go after 10pm you have to wait for over 20 mins to get your order taken couldn't even get acknowledged. Don't know if they were short staffed but very upset. Worst experience ever with sonic.
Was calling in an order. By the time they answered my call and transferred me to someone on the phone I was at the drive through window. I told the girl at the drive throughI was on the phone placing the order and a woman in the back ground said "why the hell do they call when they are in line?" Needless to say I told her she did not have to be a b...h about it and I left. I tried to call to speak to the manager and it would not accept my call. Whomever the woman was she was very hateful. I will never use sonic again!!!!!!
Everytime I come here there's a different issue, the latest being all stalls closed at 6????? I understand precipitation closing down stalls, but put a sign up somewhere, so next time someone isn't stuck in a stall for forever waiting on the rush to die down!!
For some reason, no matter what time of day my hubby and I go here, be it lunch or dinner, they can't seem to get our order right. I hate to say it, we don't usually get anything that fancy, so I don't understand why they can't get it right. Though it might be the broken down equipment they have there.
