Food was decent. But the portions was off for $19(Im missing one rib and side in picture) I felt bamboozled. But customer service was good .

Food is really good and they are very responsive to feedback. Only issues are slow and confused staff for the curbside pick up.
This is far from bbq! I’m from Texas and I ate here for the first time today. The food tasted and looked like high school cafeteria food. You can tell it was from a bag they heated up and served. None of it was homemade. It was bland too. The brisket, chicken and Turkey tasted like it was cooked in liquid smoke but was really try. The sweet tea tasted moldy like their big tins of tea haven’t been disinfected. Our waitress was sweet but she couldn’t remember our orders.Definitely a ?? for me!The only good thing about this place was the staff who was pretty friendly and you get a free cup with your drink order unless it’s water you don’t get a free cup to take home.
Food was tasty. Portio s were kid size? Was way more coleslaw on Sandwiches than meat.... meat plate had one half a rib..an ounce of brisket. Four potato chip slices of sausage.
We got here at 11:40 am and by the time we sat down to order it was 12:30. It took over 10minutes to get our drink, and another 30 for the food. The food itself was dry like it has been sitting under a hot lamp for some time. We sat there for about 15 minutes after we ate waiting for a drink refill or the check. I had to flag the person down just to ask for check. I don't know if they are under staffed or what. We will not be going back.
Best dang rib crib i have been to in a LONG time. Food was fast and delicious. The tasty favorites were on point. We got full. We were satisfied. Tea was perfect. Place was clean. Staff was friendly. 5 stars to the manager. Keep up the great work!
Unfortunately the portions are getting smaller, for the same price... BUT the food was yummy and our server was super nice and friendly!
The waitress Leesa was the most friendly person I ever seen there . Happy with a smile with everyone.
Always a family favorite, hit or miss in our area as far as staffing goes.
