Mcdonald's it's good anymore. I'm not sure what they have doneUnsure if they have changed vendors where they get their products from or if it is the constant turn over in employees that has watered down their brand. Enough said here. I have a good buddy that is a general manager for them. He told me that they don't keep up with comment's on googleThey have their own complain or comment site. It is at the top of your receipt. It's in the form of a survey and it has a section for complaints or comment's. They go straight to the corporate office. Or he said to call the 1-800 number on the large cups because it goes to mcdonald's corporate office. He stated not to call the numbers on the drive thur windows or front door's because those normally go to their main off.
EVERYTIME no matter what time I go I sit in the drive thru for atleast 20-30 mins! I don’t normally go to this one because of how slow and horrible it is, but it’s right by my job so sometimes I’ll risk it and hope and pray they’ll do better. Literally sat at the speaker for 23 minutes before ever addressed, didn’t even say I’m sorry about the wait I’ll be with you as soon as I can. Then when they finally did answer they can’t serve any type of deserts. No type of ice cream, no pies, cinnamon rolls, frappes NOTHING because their “machines are down” Somebody truly needs to get in there and replace those machines because it seems their frappe, and ice cream machines are never working. Oh and don’t order food with no salt because it’s still going to be covered in salt, then when you show the staff the amount of salt on your fingers from 1 fry they argue with you and tell you that’s no salt fries when they clearly have salt. And always refuse to remake it. Worst McDonald’s EVER!!!
McDonald's is my favorite place to eat but I only go to this McDonald's on Chandler road. They get your order wrong more then they should being honest but that's ok cause the employees are so nice and friendly I don't mind and they always have no problem correcting it. Good job guys! Your number 1 !!!
Fries were little raw even after I asked them to be well done. Little caring

The ham was cooked too long. There was no silverware or napkins the biscuits were crunchy hard and the lady at the window had a tattoo on her arm put my girlfriend just got turned down because she had a small tattoo on her finger. And that's the McDonald's on York and Chandler in Muskogee Oklahoma
