Terrible staff. Rude and have zero manners.
If I could put zero stars I would. I got a smoothie and there was A CHUNK OF PLASTIC in my smoothie. Sucked it through my straw and pulled it out of my mouth. Part of it was black like it had MOLD on it. Absolutely disgusting. They obviously don't clean their machines. Waste of time and money. This is a health risk. Anyone else with experiences like this should report it to the health department.
Tables were dirty, bathroom was dirty. They missed an item (ice cream) I had to wait 20 minutes for an employee to stop talking with friends before they would help me. This store certainly prioritizes drive thru service above done in. It's a shame when a company that sells bad food also comes with bad attitude. Anyway, my 2 cents, go anywhere else but here for dine in....
They screwed up quite a bit of our order: no bacon on my bacon cheeseburger, no BBQ sauce, no napkins, sodas were flat, and the fries were quite old.
So yummy!! Quater Pounder with cheese and 10 nugs on the side. I'm still sad that the sweet chili sauce is gone but Buffalo is my go too.....They understood the assignment!
It sucks this is the only McDonald's close to where I live cause this location is horrible the food is never fresh and alot of times it takes forever to get your food and they never have ice cream there machine is always broke. Thumbs down for this location.
everything we go in. they mess up our orders. this time they refused to replace our order after they said they would cause then previous order was 20 days old. they did not specify how long I had to come back and get it replaced. To top it off I ordered food made to order and asked it to be fresh and it was cold so I had to make them rebook everything. I will never go to this mcdonalds again
Love it! The workers are so kind and especially this one guy who I assume is the manager. The best McDonald’s I have experience! ?
The restaurant was busy so I didn't expect a cold Quarter Pounder. It was missing the bacon ( I ordered QP 2B). Anyways, not the end of the world...
New Manager Mike gets 5 stars for making it right, but McDonald's gets 1 star for horrible practices. According to what I was told the training says 3 swirls for an ice cream cone. This was pathetically tiny especially for $1.63. Inflation must be killing McDonalds. The good news is Mike made it right. McDonald's please fix your greed. We'll stick with Chick-fil-A, Braum's, and other ice cream shops until you get it right.
