They are ok as far as pizza quality and speed but they never answer the phone and staff are not friendly
Horrible customer service. Waited over 40 mins for our order even though it was sitting on the counter. Wouldn’t even answer the phone.
So ordered a deep dish pizza and got an undercooked pile of raw dough. How disgusting. Very very disappointed in this Lil Ceasars. Never Again!
I feel for this girl tonight only one there cars wrapped around the building and she was still extremely friendly and done the best she could to get you your food as fast as possible oh Lord I feel for her
I literally waited almost 40 minutes for one large pepperoni pizza, and after finally making it home I find out that my pizza hadn't even been attempted to get cut. And for the icing on the cake, all the topping just slid right off the bread. Wow ? You didn't even deserve the one star
Order placed at 4pm and didn't get the food till 5:10 manager was hateful and the customer service was horrible was literally a single pizza and an order of breadsticks with one half of the pizza left only pepperonito accommodate a food allergy. They didn'teven do that right the entire pizza just has toppings thrown over it. Gladly going to spend the extra money and go somewhere else.
The pizza was good,, I thought it'd be faster in the drive thru but I should've went in or at the least ordered online

place is absolutely terrible i ordered brownie cake and they gave it to me in the package STILL FROZEN!!!! this place is TERRIBLE my pizzas were cold and my sauces were only filled up about 25% DO NOT EAT HERE.
Very busy. Short staffed but parmesan chicken wings are bomb.
