So I work for Incor helping people with disabilities and me and my client decided that we would go to KFC this evening to pickup some dinner… we have had some issues with the management that work at KFC in terms of rude service and grouchy attitudes so anyways my clients card kept declining and I had asked the lady how much does he have to pay..She kept making excuses to ignore my requests… next up was my order I had given her my debit card and payed and she literally threw the bad at me and said “Go!” KFCs corporate need to fire people who treat customers like this… it ain’t right nor is it fair! I felt scared to go inside and ask for a refund… corporate should make it right and conduct a investigation on the service at this Muskogee location!
Came thru the drive thru and ordered an 8 piece tender meal. I got home and the food was inedible. Chicken was old and rubbery and tasted burnt as if the oil needed changed the biscuts were hard as a rock and the mashed potatoes and gravy were cold. I contacted the store and explained about the food and was told to wait and bring the food back at a later date to get a replacement. The employee i spoke with refused to give me thier name and was rude. This is unacceptable. Kfc should not be serving foodthat is unedible
Got a 12pc order and it took quite a while, but it was fresh when it finally came. Luckily they moved us and kept the line going
Broke my tooth on this hard [email protected]# chicken sandwich and called them and they could care less worthless ppl I spent 45 dollars thanks kfc
Not the same KFC we grew up with. I keep getting disappointed everytime I go. Food quality is only fair but service is terrible.
The chicken looked burnt. The oil needed to be changed the store manager was rude was not apologetic . My dad worked 12 yrs at kfc and was a store manager to he knows what chicken supposed to look like he even worked at a kfc training store apparently the manager need to get trained properly again it’s pretty bad that chicken express has better chicken and manager

When we walked in the staff was in the middle of a spat and it made it feel a little uncomfortable. But the lady at the front who took our order was friendly. They said the wait would be awhile for bone in chicken, but to our surprise it was out in no time! The food was hot, delicious and satisfying. The place was very clean, as soon as people left to leave, they would come out and clean down the tables. As we were leaving, the lady who took our order, told us to have a " Merry Christmas and drive safe" what a sweet woman!
Any time I go at night they always say they only have pop corn chicken and chicken sandwiches. I litterly just went by there and saw every girl trying to get there stuff together and leave early . Y’all’s website says y’all close at 11. Sounds to me your workers are just lazy.
Chicken was old af grease was older and the fries that are usually good at KFC were terrible as a result. 2 stars cause service wasn't bad just the product.
